Summary: This house is truly incredible. It had everything we needed for a girls trip for 10. While the large windows in the main room did get bright and warm during the later hours of thee day we hung out in the basement during that small window of time. The home owner is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is luxurious yet livable at the same time. My only complaint would be that for such a large kitchen, it wasn't well stocked as far as cooking supplies. Plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, and glass ware though. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the house was decorated perfectly. Have already reached out to the owner to come back again!! 10/10 recommend!!

Summary: This house was better than I expected! The views were amazing and the location was great. It was a short drive to skiing and Main Street. The house was newly renovated and very clean. We will be coming back!

Summary: We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette weekend. The house is beautiful but we had several issues upon arrival: 1. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. The house was EXTREMELY hot inside. The thermostat read 90 degrees all weekend long, even with all the doors and windows open. It was so hot inside the house, one of the guests who was pregnant had to leave. The main living room is all windows which caused the house to really heat up. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable weekend for everyone and we wished the VRBO listing had called attention to no air conditioning because we would have chosen a different property. 2. The floors of the rental were filthy. You could tell that they weren't cleaned before we arrived. Dust and animal hair everywhere. 3. Our last evening at the rental, the fire alarm started going off in every room at 1am. It continued to go off every 30 minutes until 4am. We were never able to figure out why the alarm was going off and none of the guest slept that night. We called and texted the property manager several times and didn't get a response until 10:45am the next day. It was obvious he didn't care about the safety and wellbeing of his guests.

Summary: Overall, we had a great time as a large family. We appreciated the views, the spaciousness, the furnishings, and the easy parking. We were in a heat wave and no air conditioning was tough in the afternoon and evening. We felt like the place was only partially prepared for us so not sure what expectations should be. Had to get towels for some rooms from cupboard, covers for beds still in the dryer, had to go buy toilet paper and paper towels. Recommend that some small maintenances be performed: lights that have come off the wall, broken chairs, blinds that stopped working. Nevertheless it is a beautiful cabin close to Park City village, parks, and stores. Thank you for a lovely place to enjoy family.

Summary: Beautiful, home and perfect for our group. We had three families staying at the property. Worked out great - the parents were in the bedrooms on the main level and the seven teenage boys had the basement to themselves. Large, well-equipped kitchen - and we did a lot of cooking. Ice machine in the laundry room was a plus. Beautiful views in every direction. We saw sunsets, two moon rises and hot-air balloons a few times. The one drawback was the lack of AC. We tried to be strategic about using fans and opening doors and windows in the mornings and evenings, but the afternoon sun coming in the big windows made it so hot you just couldn't cool it down before bed to be able to comfortably sleep. It was 90 degrees in the house our first afternoon (high of about 90 that day). Install AC and/or shades for the big windows and you have perfection.
