Positive: Jan, the host, met us near the house and showed us how to get to the car park, as we were travelling by car, and then accompanied us to the apartment. He kindly helped us with our luggage and told us about nearby shops and restaurants, which was very helpful. The apartment is in a great location and is well equipped with everything you need and more. It is a real hidden gem in the city centre, with a barbecue on the terrace and a small gym, which was super convenient.
Negative: Everything was perfect.
Summary: I will definitely keep this option in mind when planning my next trip.

Positive: The property was large, well equipped and clean. It was easy to walk to the Grand Central station and Tram stop. The building was fairly secure. The views from some rooms were very good and others had city view.
Negative: Location - My main thing was there were always men lottering around the area, I even got asked money for food. Looked like some of the men were homeless. There were a couple of night clubs near by and they looked shady. I felt I needed to stay on high alert walking to/from Central Station / Tram stop.

Positive: Spacious and stylish. But be prepared to walk up and down an internal spiral staircase as the rooms and toilets are upstairs. I can't help water the plants as they look dreadful!
Negative: Check in is a little frustrating as you are only told what to do when you are literally at the front of the building and struggle how to get in. Upon messaging for help, a link with a video is then sent to you, telling you to get out and walk around the corner to get the keys from a hidden keybox in the street. Be prepared to read and watch a lot of instructions yourself or a video will sent to you explaining what to do whenever you have a question, like when you cannot find the washing machine (which is a common laundry area with the apartment's own machine to use) or have no idea how to dispose of the rubbish. Even though a cleaning fee is included, guests have to take out the trash when leaving, which is the first time with my long experience with booking.com. The area leading to the train station feel seedy in the evening.
