Summary: We had a great stay, the rooms were nice and large, the kitchen and common areas also good sized and comfortable. When we needed assistance, the property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We would recommend it to our friends. Our one complaint is that the property could use more TLC - there are knobs missing from the kitchen cabinets, several of the burners on the stove had broken knobs, the outdoor furniture is very soiled, the built in bbq doesn't work, and the yard could just use better maintenance. It seems like an extra hour or two per week on care would make a huge difference in the quality of the stay, which was already good, but could have been great.

Summary: Beautiful home in a nice area. Everything was clean and ready for us. My only somewhat complaint is you had to text the host to have the hot tub turned on…not the biggest deal but it was somewhat of a pain in the butt.

Summary: We live in Arizona but flew to California to celebrate our first grandson's 1st birthday and we needed a spacious place for our gathering. I found this property online and committed to it because of the amazing photos of the property's back yard. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the backyard was just as nice, if not nicer, in person as it was in the photos. The backyard was a huge space with pool, spa, outdoor BBQ, lots of furniture and space for the younger children to roam around and play. We enjoyed a beautiful Saturday afternoon outside with friends and family and couldn't be happier with our stay. The owner of the VRBO was also VERY helpful and responsive with any questions/requests we had. She was amazing!! I would highly recommend this property for larger but mellow gatherings since it is not a party place but a nice, spacious home for those looking to enjoy a backyard oasis and quality time with friends and family.

Summary: We booked the house for a golf weekend and had a great time. Clean, well-appointed, and with a really nice backyard. Two maintenance items for the owner to address: (1) the shower in the master bath has a constant drip; (2) although the grill worked, our 'grillmaster' said some of the individual burners were out.
