Summary: The first night was Friday and there was a VERY loud group of very young adults or teenagers partying at 3AM!!! when I called the front desk, he said he knew and I asked why if he knew they were still allowed to be so disruptive and he dismissed my question and said something along the lines of they would reach out (they didnt reach out bc they were still screaming loud for another hour). I was so dissapointed in his lack of concern. It wasnt like it was midnight, but 3am is absolutely so disruptive and unnacceptable. Aside from that night, the bed was very hard and I would make up with aches from the mattress. I did like the layout of the room. Would I stay here again? NO. Here is why. I didnt like the response from the front desk, I shouldnt be charged $10 to park in a huge empty lot in Roseville CA. There was no Pool and its Too hot in summer. Will not come back unless it was free or under 100/night

Summary: The stay was fine and the hotel was nice however the lights in the bathroom and the sink area was terrible, they weren’t bright enough. The fan in the bathroom, room 308, didn’t work so if you close the door to take a shower it became a sauna.

Summary: Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Located in and around a lot of food choices, chilies was walking distance. Overall great stay.

Summary: Very clean, fast service when needed. Called down for more towels, and got them immediately. Asked for late check out got it immediately! Close the mall, places to eat and the basketball tournament gym!
