Part of an attractive development with a fantastic position overlooking the golden sands of Fistral Beach to the ocean beyond, 6 Ocean Gate is a very comfortable, split level apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an additional wc.
At a very spacious 125 square metres, it is finished to the highest of standards with a sleek, modern kitchen and bathrooms and sumptuous beds dressed with goose feather and down duvets and pillows and soft, high thread count Egyptian cotton linen.
The open plan living/kitchen area has a light and airy feel with amazing sea views from the large, comfortable sofa and a 55" curved TV with bluetooth sound bar and DVD player, with a selection of DVDs.
The kitchen is well equipped and features quartz worktops and a breakfast bar with seating as well as a solid wood dining table and chairs for four. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite shower room with double shower and twin basins.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a large window seat with sea views and a 42" TV. The pretty twin bedroom is spacious with a built in wardrobe and a 19" TV.
Relax on the furnished balcony and watch the surfers and sunsets over the ocean.
The apartment is just a 3 minute walk from the beach and a 15 minute walk into Newquay and the South West Coast Path runs opposite, which will take you up onto the rugged Pentire Headland with fabulous views across The Gannel Estuary and onto Crantock Beach below.
There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance of the apartment: Lewinnick Lodge on Pentire Headland, about a 15 minute walk away, serves great food, has a buzzy atmosphere and the sunsets over the sea are incredible; alternatively, take a 10 minute walk along Fistral beach and choose from The Fish House, The Stable and Rick Stein's fish and chip/curry restaurant.

Summary: The accommodation was lovely. Really clean, comfortable and spacious with an amazing view over the bay. Parking was an added bonus. Nikki was great to deal with - very helpful and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this property and would hope to visit again.

Summary: We had a wonderful week visiting family at Newquay and a number of places in Cornwall including St Ives and St Michael’s Mount. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with stunning views over Fistral Beach.The underground car park is great and has a lift up to apartment level (Big plus for getting cases and shopping upstairs). There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My wife and I stayed in this condo for 6 nights. The condo is modern, clean and in a great location. The communication with the property owner was excellent, very responsive. The large living room overlooks Fistral Beach with its surfers. We had a couple of rain days and enjoyed relaxing watching the activity and in our case watching Wimbledon. The underground parking is an absolutely bonus. Highly recommend to anyone

Summary: The location of the apartment is fantastic. Easy walk into town and even easier to Fistral Beach. The apartment is large with plenty of room and kitted out with everything you need. It has an excellent view of Fistral Beach and the gorgeous sunsets you can get in Cornwall. Nikki, the owner, is lovely and easily contactable if needed. Would thoroughly recommend and looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Summary: Ocean Gate is a 2 bedroom apartment with amazing views and sunsets over Fistral Beach. Very spacious and well laid out. Nikki our host provided lots of useful information and a great communicator. Nikki left wine chilling in the fridge and chocolate biscuits a very nice touch as we had travelled a long way very welcome! We would definitely recommend.

Summary: Absolutely fabulous find , nothing was too much from our host . Lovely touch of wine chilling in the fridge from our long drive from Southampton. Was so lucky with the weather. We stayed in a hotel before, much prefer this apartment. We returned to our lovely little find “ Butchers Bistro for a lovely Meal . Even tho Nickki recommended Cove 24! Hopefully we Will return and try that restaurant out . 💯 will book here again . Only slight niggle was the lift not working. But the host was informed but not much could be done over the weekend. Thank you again Nikki. Keep up the good work !

Summary: We loved the location. Close to Fistral beach where we tried body boarding. View out over a beautiful golf course where we played a round. Could walk along the beach to great restaurants, especially the Fish House. The indoor parking was appreciated. The condo was great. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable beds, and quiet. Our host Nikki was helpful and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay in Newquay and highly recommend Nikki's place!

Summary: This extraordinary apartment can hardly be topped. The view of Fistral Beach is sensational, the apartment with two exceptionally well-kept large bedrooms and bathrooms is outstanding.. 3 TVs distributed in the apartment , which extends over 2 floors. In addition, the elevator to the underground car park, where the car is safe. It can't be beat.... We will be back. Already on the way back we made plans for the next stay. Thanks to Nikki Jones, who takes perfect care of her guests. The communication was perfect. Thank you Nikki for this exceptional vacation. Win + Jen
