Summary: We had a great stay at this loft while visiting Colgate and Hamilton Colleges. It was very clean and stylish and there is a lot of space. It was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at The Tailor and the Cook, which was walking distance from the loft. It was also very convenient that Utica Coffee was right downstairs. We were there during a big snowstorm and appreciated that the public parking was covered (under an underpass). A couple of small suggestions for the host, which would make the stay even better:(1) Blinds on the bedroom doors which are both glass, for privacy and to blackout the city lights that come in to the space.2) Double the amount of China (currently there are 4 plates, bowls, etc.), so that a party of four can eat both dinner and breakfast without running the dishwasher.Thanks for a great stay! We’d definitely come back!

Summary: This place was amazing, clean and spacious! The only issue was that the smoke alarm right outside the apartment door chirped the whole time we were there. We were able to ignore it. I contacted the host but did not receive a reply,

Summary: We loved everything about it. It’s a completely renovated immaculate space. Super cool vibe. Questions we have were responded to immediately. Check in process dialed and simple. Should we be back in Utica, I would 100% stay here again!

Summary: Only minor inconvenience was the music the pizza shop downstairs plays until 10 pm. Not sure VRBO owner can do anything about that but the music seems totally unnecessary for the pizza business.
