SUMMER SPECIALS! This large, 1200 sqft, 2 BR/2BA, top floor, direct oceanfront condo sleeps 4-6. Newly painted, the condo has large Italian porcelain tiles throughout, upscale Roman tiled bathrooms, updated baths and a gourmet stainless steel kitchen. We try to provide everything you may want for your wonderful stay, including TV with expanded cable package, DVD/CD player, free wireless internet, beautiful master suite with king size pillow top bed, guest bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds, couch with pull-out queen bed, in-unit washer & dryer & wood shutters. All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. Kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher), blender, toaster, coffee maker, as well as tableware, and pots& pans.
There is a shopping center across the street that has Publix grocery store and Bealls Outlet store.

Summary: Hosts had great communication and were very accommodating. AC unit was not working upon our arrival but hosts quickly responded and had maintenance out the next morning to fix the issue. The condo was clean and ready for our stay. Location is beautiful right on the beach and the view is amazing!

Summary: We absolutely love this condo! The location is perfect, and you can’t beat the view. The real gem is the communication with the owners. After the recent hurricane, they worked with us so we were able to keep our reservation and made sure everything was taken care of and there was nothing to worry about. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be returning!

Summary: The unit was very nice as described. We enjoyed the quietness of the community and the beaches were not crowded. Elevators were fast and we never had to wait on it. The view from the balcony was just perfect and the sunrise each morning was gorgeous while enjoying breakfast.

Summary: We love staying in this condo, and this past weekend was no exception. We were able to book for a quick getaway almost immediately and the host was helpful and friendly as possible. Everything was clean and well furnished, we weren’t lacking any supplies. The location is perfect and the view from the balcony is stunning!

Summary: Gorgeous view from the balcony, right on the ocean. Comfy beds and seating. Kitchen is a little small but that was fine since we didn't want to do a lot of cooking. Super-fast communication from the owner when we had a question. We had a great week at the beach!
