Blue Serenity by the Sea, #605, in the on the sixth floor of the sought after and updated Seawinds building in beautiful Ormond Beach, Florida, only minutes from Daytona Beach.
Our corner unit is private and peaceful, overlooking a no drive beach and allows total relaxation and enjoyment of miles of unobstructed ocean views for guests.
This condo directly on the beach fits the bill, whether you are looking for a leisurely family vacation, a peaceful respite away from the hustle and bustle of the city or just an escape from the freezing winter weather. Many amenities are walking distance from the condo, including a supermarket, restaurants and other shopping.
Once you enter this welcoming abode there are unending views of the shoreline and the ocean from the breakfast nook, kitchen, living room, master bedroom suite and the spacious balcony.
This unit has all the comforts of home, away from home, and these are continually updated.
These include a master bedroom suite with king size bed, large flatscreen TV with cable and DVD/VCR player, a large bathroom with vanity, garden tub and separate shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom suite includes a queen size bed, large flat screen TV with cable, a large closet, and en-suite bathroom. Two additional chairs and a computer desk are kept in the closet, for use as needed.
The spacious living area seats five adults comfortably and is furnished with a new, oversized sleeper sofa, large flatscreen TV with cable, DVD and stereo surround system. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and an in-unit washer dryer and other laundry needs. WiFi and cable are provided to ensure you are fully entertained.
Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available inside our unit for use or guests can use the chairs located on the walkway to the beach.
All furnishings are updated, tastefully appointed and most of all comfortable, with 80% of our bookings repeat guests!

Summary: I loved the porch and the view. The property had lots of little extras like cookies & coffee in kitchen and beach chairs, toys, and towels. There were lots of stores and restaurants close.

Summary: This is a beautifully maintained condo. Very clean, up to date, and the owners thought of EVERYTHING. You can tell they spend time here. The view is beyond compare from this 6th floor balcony- that has comfortable and clean outdoor furnishings to enjoy. Very detailed instructions (be sure to read their Welcome Manual) , on how to use remotes, thermostat, etc. The beach doesn’t have a lot of lounge space at high tide, but honestly, the large balcony was SO comfortable and you are RIGHT ON the beach- that I preferred it. Beach access was EASY. Just out the front door and a short walk around the side of the building by the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The condo was very comfortable and offered an amazing panoramic view of the ocean. We truly had everything we needed for a great stay at the beach. Hurricane Milton was a bit of a downer and a little scary but the building is quite safe and one of the managers put down the hurricane shutters. We hope to return in the future to six days of Florida sunshine and the resting sound of the surf.
