Positive: A spacious, modern and spotlessly clean beachhouse in a superb location overlooking St Leonards beach and pier. Very comfortable on all fronts with high quality amenities and generous supplies. It was a perfect place to enjoy with our family of multiple generations. The lift was a bonus for those less abled. Thank you Dianne for sharing your beautiful beachouse and for being such a wonderful host who is accomodating, caring and kind. One of the best places we have stayed in and hope to be back.
Negative: No shade on terraces. We were however aware of this and understand how tricky it can be when windy.

Positive: It is a beautiful place to stay. It was immaculately clean. The view from the balconies are stunning and the lift is a definite bonus for anyone with disabilities. Dianne was in contact with me during our stay and was very easy to speak to.
Negative: The only issue was with the air conditioner on the top floor but Dianne rushed out with 2 fans as it was the Australia Day long weekend and very hot.
Summary: Fantastic house for up to 8 people and we would all stay again . Dianne is lovely.
