Bring the entire family and take the getaway of a lifetime in our brand new, gorgeous 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home tucked away in rural Oviedo, Florida. Gator Manor includes an attached great room to be rented out additionally for family reunions, baby showers, small receptions, and more! Gator Manor is a one of a kind home with 5 master bedrooms which each include ensuite bathrooms to give everyone their own space to prepare for the day without sharing space, and 1 oversized luxury suite with a wet room and balcony overlooking the yard.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs including the luxury suite, and 1 master bedroom which also features an outdoor balcony, and 3 bedrooms downstairs all with queen sized beds. In the living room, enjoy a WiFi smart TV to watch all your favorite shows from all the popular streaming providers. This home has a huge kitchen with a range, oven, and microwave as well as all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, and silverware you will need to feed your group during your stay. Publix is only a short 10 minute drive away to stock up on all you need to enjoy a home cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your stay.
This home is surrounded by 8 other homes, also all available to be rented out, 365 days a year. Within walking distance is the Black Hammock where you and your guests will enjoy 20% off airboat tours around Lake Jesup, 10% off dining in the Black Hammock Restaurant, and 2-4-1 margaritas in the Lazy Gator Bar. There is also a gift shop for you to pick up souvenirs to take back home after your stay. This home is tucked away in nature but is also located only 10 minutes from local grocery stores, other restaurants, and shopping.
Boat Slip available for only 20$/day!
Basic essentials only provided: 1 towel per guest (indoor use ONLY), 1 hand towel per guest, 1 wash cloth per guest (when available), 2 small bar soaps per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, 2 dish washer packs, linens and blankets on beds. Please note: we do not provide extras of any of the aforementioned items nor are we able to provide laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, or cooking spices/oils. There is a local store nearby where all of these items can we purchased if you do not want to or cannot bring them from home. Please contact us with any questions regarding any items we might/might not provide.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is so spacious, we all had our own room and bathroom which was so nice. It is in a unique rural area, so it was super peaceful, no traffic and no noise from other guests nearby. It is also a short drive to Oviedo, UCF and Winter Springs with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Other reviews mentioned the lack of supplies, but there were plenty for us. The bathroom toiletries are not provided, but that was fine with us. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: We stayed here for a family wedding. It was a good set up having 6 bedrooms each with their own bath. The main room had plenty of seating for our large group. We had issues with the water having an odor so I’d plan to bring plenty of bottled water. We ran into a few problems and the owner was prompt in taking care of it and was easily accessible. For the size of the house and kitchen, it wasn’t well stocked. There weren't condiments or cooking supplies so we had to buy it trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. They leave you just enough for the first couple of days. Overall it was a good house but could be better stocked.

Summary: Rooms and bathrooms were very nice, large and comfy! The kitchen was also large enough to feed everyone. The dining in the back of the VRBO was a great place for an economical event. It would have been nice to have more garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and paper towels, especially for our event. Also, wish we could have had more than 12 hours for set for our event. We were able to transform the space and we'd love to share pictures for your website! Christina was a great communicator! Thank you!

Summary: THEY WERE A FEW ITEMS THAT COULD BE CHANGED, SPOKE TO OWNER ABOUT. SUGGESTIONS: PROVIDE TRASH BAGS, SOAP FOR DISHWASHER, PAPER TOWELS?....MAYBE CHANGE COFFEE MAKER IS DATED.

Summary: We booked for several family members who were in town for a wedding. The three downstairs bedrooms with bathrooms were perfect for our elderly guests who couldn't climb stairs. All six bedrooms had very comfortable with plenty of pillows and the bathrooms had enough towels. The living space was more than adequate and the kitchen was well equipped. Some opportunities for improvement were the low sitting commodes, outlets that didn't work in some areas, only one TV in the whole house, and no community bathroom, only the ones inside the bedrooms. Overall, the house was large, clean, and comfortable and suited our needs well with plenty of parking and area for unloading/loading. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
