Summary: Beautiful home! It was clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. Porch was great for relaxing! Plenty of parking spots. Kitchen was great.

Summary: We attempted to contact the property manager to see if it was possible to get in the property earlier, use of fireplace, etc, left a phone message and never got a response. A second attempt no one answered. The house is nice, well decorated, clean and comfortable. However the house needs a lot of attention.The entry gate is not illuminated, made finding the entry gate difficult after dark. About half of the recessed lighting does not work, made cooking in the kitchen dark. There was only one well used frying pan, few cooking utensils and no toaster. Some of the automatic blinds/shades do not work. The closet in the master bedroom has been converted into a laundry room with two washers and 2 dryers. There is no other closet. The spa/jet tub in the master bath does not work. There is one bedroom that has it's own door exit that is not well insulated or have weather stripping, cold air streamed in around it, the temperature at night was in the 30's. The water temp in the master shower cannot be adjusted, and the living room thermostat cannot be changed. The grounds around the house have been torn up by wild hogs, the sprinkler system has been dug up. The managing company needs to step up and take care of this beautiful house.

Summary: We stayed here for a wedding at Peach Creek Ranch. This home is located on a wonderful gated property. It’s super easy to access and is plenty close to anything you would need in College Station. House is very well kept and beds are super comfortable. It maybe is short a bathroom, but they were upfront in their listing and we knew going in there were 2.5 baths. We had two families with kids stay here for 3 nights comfortably and would definitely rent again.
