Summary: Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay due to the Kelowna wildfires. Ben however was amazing to deal with. He kept in constant contact with us regarding the conditions in Kelowna and when we weren’t sure if our commitment in town was going to be cancelled he was patient with us while we waited for news. Once we knew it was cancelled he offered us a full refund no questions asked. The refund was processed and credited back within a couple days. Will definitely re book and hopefully this time we actually get to Kelowna.

Summary: The apartment was neat and tidy. It was comfortable and spacious for our family of four. Good location near beaches, parks and many amenities in Kelowna. Great communication with the owners. We did have an issue with some noisy neighbours which we resolved with building security.

Summary: Hi Ben, we had a fabulous holiday. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. A great location and enjoyed the pool setting! Summary: We had a wonderful vacation in Kelowna! The condo was perfect for my family. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the wall of storage shelving in the walk in closet, the pool towels and extra bedding. We liked being on the quieter side overlooking the courtyard. Ben and Kelsey were very responsive. I texted Kelsey a few times with questions and she was very helpful and quick to respond. I have to say this condo is in the perfect location, walking distance to a nice beach, pool on site, across the street from the Mateo where you can have a delicious dinner overlooking the marina. We were just a short drive from everything we wanted to do. Thank you Ben and Kelsey, we hope to come back again one day!
