Quiet hours are 11:00pm-7:00am. We love our neighbors and want to maintain respectful relationships with them, so please don't be "those guests" that ended up getting noise complaints from city bylaw.
Only guests on the guest list are permitted to stay at the property so please make sure your guest list is accurate on your booking.
Parties (uninvited guests, excessively loud music, etc) are not permitted and are grounds for immediate eviction.
There are 4 parking spaces available at the property, please keep your vehicles contained to these spaces.
Animals need to be disclosed and approved in advance of your booking. Please keep pets off the furniture and use the pet paw wipes as needed. We ask that you be responsible for cleaning up after your pet outdoors.
When the A/C units are running please keep windows and doors closed to ensure efficient cooling.
Smoking is ONLY permitted outside the house, away from doors and windows. We ask that you kindly clean up after yourself.
We have provided plastic drink-ware to be used when going outdoors to avoid any risk of damage or injury due to dropped glassware.
Hot tub maintenance and landscape work happens on Thursday mornings.
