Welcome to Villa Casa Del Sol, our continuously updated 3 bedroom 2 bath oasis. Finished in contemporary design and furnishings with an island flair, this house is a hidden gem. Located at the end of a canal in a quiet neighborhood setting, the views from both inside and outside are captivating. The south facing lanai provides for beautiful sunrises and even better sunsets. Allow the warmth and breezes of Southwest Florida inside by opening the large sliders and combining the indoor great room with the lanai. Enjoy your own prepared meals in the gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you need for a quick meal or a gourmet dinner. After a day of golfing or shopping or taking a 40 minute drive to world renowned gulf coast Florida beaches, you will be able to unwind in the great room with the 55' flat screen tv or relax in the beautiful heated pool and hot tub. The master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub and a walk in closet as well as sliding doors to the lanai. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed, flat screen tv with a breathtaking view of the canal and sliding doors to the lanai. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds. The outside of the house is beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained. My name is Shelly and my mom and dad own the house. They vacation there December through April every year and I can tell you that the garage and driveway are powerwashed as well as the lanai, the bbq has been replaced since 2014. The bed in the second master has been replaced. However you plan to spend your vacation, you will be more than content in this beautiful house.

Summary: The Casa Del Sol property is absolutely goregeous! Beautiful home located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views of the canal. The pool is absolutely amazing and is probably where we spent most of our time. Everyone we passed by during some of our morning walks were very friendly. The owners are so lovely and helpful if you need anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we didn't have to leave and go back to reality.

Summary: This home was very clean and comfortable. Owners are super nice and took care of any issues immediately. The view of the canal is fabulous. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and peaceful. Beds are very comfortable with nice linens. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. The only disappointment was the spa wasn’t heating up, but the owner immediately called the pool service company as soon as we let him know it wasn’t working properly. This is a wonderful place to stay and would definitely stay again!

Summary: We have rented several VRBO properties, three which were in Punta Gorda. This was the absolutely CLEANEST property that we have rented. The lanai area was wonderful! We spent most of our time there. The beds were very comfortable. The communication was great. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. We had a great week.

Summary: Very nice place, only bad part is location, all beaches are kind far,except if you own or rent boat. Maybe owner need change pool cleaning company, because present one wasn't on top of the game, pool wasn't really clean.

Summary: We were very impressed with the house, pool and view! Very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Great location to shop and visit some really cool beaches. We absolutely loved Fisherman’s Village just a few minutes away. Great restaurants, scenery and shops. Everything was amazing except our weather was all clouds and rain the last few days- we visited in the beginning of June so must have hit a rainy season. This house made up for it though!
