Spectacular sixteenth-century Catalan farmhouse, La Rectoria de Sords is a unique house, located in a privileged place of Sords. On the banks of a small river, it is an ideal place to enjoy the calm and nature of the surroundings. Fully restored and exquisitely decorated with pieces from all over the world, it has different rooms and spaces where you can enjoy the surroundings and the nature that surround it. It has a pool and large garden.
Naturaki The Rectory of Sords has 6 rooms, 4 of them with their own bathroom and 2 with 2 shared bathrooms, each with a special decoration, all with full bathroom. Throughout the house we find different common spaces. On the ground floor there is the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 rooms with sofas, one of them in which to enjoy the fireplace, still original of the house and the other, in which to watch TV or play games of table. On the same floor we find a double room and a toilet.
On the first floor, there is a large room with sofas and TV. There are also 4 large rooms, 2 of them with their own bathroom and one with a shared bathroom. On the third floor, a spectacular studio-room with bathroom. On this same floor, we find a covered terrace that has a barbecue, table and chairs to eat and to enjoy the wonderful sunsets that this privileged view offers us, there is also a ping-pong table. The house has heating in all rooms.
Naturaki La Rectoria de Sords It has a large garden of more than 2000m2, 10 × 5 pool, small pond with fish, access to the shore of the small river with hammock, in the whole garden we can find different species of fruit trees. We found a covered terrace, a barbecue and furniture to eat outside. The house has a parking space for 5 cars.
