This property is lushly landscaped, surrounded by pine, spruce, oak and maple trees to create a unique and completely private oasis.
You will find the homes interior beautifully appointed, featuring tasteful decor, beautiful art, vaulted ceilings in the spacious living room and second floor bedrooms. This home also features a working fireplace and plenty of glorious light throughout provided by large windows and glass doors.
As you exit the expansive sliding French doors from the living space, you will be greeted by a backyard that you will never want to leave. Enjoy a free-form 20X40 heated gunite pool (with removable pool fence if needed) surrounded by a blue stone patio and garden. Should you wish to sit in the sun, high-end lounge chairs await you. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size slay bed, two walk-in closets, a TV, and a separate alcove area with desk. The master bathroom also includes a steam shower for your enjoyment. In addition, a 3rd floor loft is a perfect home office or a 5th bedroom.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern high-end appliances, including a Wolf six burner stove with two ovens, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, as well as a high-end Juror coffee/cappuccino maker for your daily coffee enjoyment. The kitchen includes marble countertops as well as a teak covered island with a second sink. Straight off the kitchen is an informal dining table with seating for eight. Also, large French glass doors lead right from the kitchen onto the covered deck. This open concept allows guests to mingle from the kitchen, dining and living space, and seamlessly flow from inside to outside spaces.
