Olive's Grove villa has 4 large ensuite rooms. A swimming pool and large pool house. Several outside seating areas with night lighting and a water feature. 10/15 minute drive to the beach. Fantastic walks. Gorgeous sunsets. Large open plan living, dining and kitchen.
Four large double ensuite bedrooms, all have 6' beds.
The three on the ground floor have direct access to the gardens and pool. The forth bedroom has its own stairwell and entrance to the basement and is just outside one of the ground floor bedrooms. The three ground floor bedrooms have his and hers wash basins, loo and bidet. Two have walk in showers one has a bath and shower. There is an option to have another small bedroom for two children in the Master wing section of the house. The basement ensuite has a corner shower, loo and wash basin. There are also two outside showers.
Large pool house with bar, sink and fridge, WC, washbasin and outside shower.
Office space with desk and printer.
Utility room with washing machine, wine cooler, ice maker and sink with cabinets.
Situated off the beaten track with amazing walks and views.
For nightlife there is the nearby towns Aliveri and Kymi which also has ferries direct to the the beautiful islands of Skyros, Alonissos and Skopelos.

Summary: For me a successful holiday is one where all the family are happy and I relax enough to read a book. What can I say - I read a lot of books! The most perfect location up a track of intrigue to a beautiful, practical house nestling in olive groves and glorious scenery. The house is well equipped, there is everything you need to cook a good meal, to sleep well, have good showers etc. The pool area is very special, hours spent down there, the kids enjoying the sun, playing cards in the comfortable covered area, enjoying a cold beer from the pool bar fridge. Location is great for exploring the coast - down the track, 10 minutes to Kalamos, a swim, a coffee, good selection of restaurants. Great food in Neochori at the Taverna by the Eko petrol station - really superb meats. Wonderful food at Pyxida just a few minutes from Neochori - such lovely people. But the house - for me, it is the peace and quiet, the tranquility of the location that is all. Beautiful sunset with a glass of wine and a crisp. Contentment found. Big thanks to Natalie & Spyros for all your help, great job.

Summary: This is truly the most beautiful villa. Both inside and outside there has been so much attention to detail in the furnishings and fittings, it's just gorgeous. The owner obviously has a great eye for detail and how to make the most of the setting, the villa is set in lovely and lush gardens, surrounded by incredible views. There's everything you could want for a relaxing stay, and the showers are fab too!

Summary: I booked Olive Grove for a group of girlfriends celebrating a significant birthday and we were all blown away by the sheer beauty of the property. It is totally stunning and very special indeed. The rooms and ensuites are enormous, the super king beds a dream to sleep in, the living area is spacious and beautifully furnished and everything is finished to the very highest standard. We truly could not have asked for more! And then there's the pool and pool house which are beautiful, superbly equipped and cleaned daily. A perfect spot day or night. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing stay. It won't be my last visit to this little piece of paradise.

Summary: This picture-perfect house in the hills of Evia is really something special. It allows pure relaxation in simply stunning surroundings. A fantastically equipped private house with luxurious pool and gardens offers something you won’t find elsewhere. If you want to get away from the busy day to day life and totally escape into your own bubble then this remote property is everything you need. A vast fantastic kitchen allows you to be a master of your own destiny and cook up some traditional local dishes and with the fresh fruit and simply amazing vegetables grown in one of the fields within the properties grounds it is simply heaven. Huge comfortable beds, massive luxury bathrooms and air conditioning in all the bedrooms offers a welcome rest bite from a day at the deserted local beaches or lounging by the pool. All the home comforts you could ever need. Morning, day and night this house is magnificent. Sit back, unwind with a drink and simply relax. Privacy and peace and quiet is all you will find for miles and miles around. No loud neighbours or tourists, this is pure bliss! At the end of the day you will blown away by the beauty of the sun disappearing over the mountains on the horizon to some of the most magical colours imaginable. Only then can you gaze up to the night sky and be left wide eyed at the tranquillity of the millions of stars that shine like nothing you’ve ever seen before in pure silence and amazement. A perfect escape to your own piece of paradise. Trust me….

Summary: The property is luxurious and comfortable with excellent facilities. A separate pool area means the living space is serene and peaceful to relax in and dine. Hiking around the adjacent land overlooking the countryside and sea a must-do! Travelling there is worth the journey, I had the most rejuvenating time there imaginable. A car is necessary, and use of the cook helpful as shops and restaurants a drive away. Beach days are easy at around 15-20 from the villa. The property is beautifully maintained, with enough space to explore and enjoy without leaving however. Highly recommended for couples and families alike.
