Positive: Great location, easy to book, very quiet.
Negative: Dishwasher was broken. Shower door on inside was broken. Upon arrival the floor was sticky and my grandkids feet was dirty. The light switches were sticky. I had to clean upon arrival. There was no laundry detergent for clothes. In the master upon arrival had ants in the window seal. After the heavy rain for days the ants were in the closet and in the middle bedroom.

Positive: We really enjoyed how spacious the place is and it is nicely decorated. The staff is also very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy, which is an added plus since we arrived late in the evening. Location was convenient with restaurants right downstairs. We have a huge Suburban and the designated parking fit this large SUV well. The building also felt very safe and secure.
Negative: There were a few things that were missing, such as hair dryer, baking sheet, and more kitchen towels. The dishwasher was also broken and not working. Also, there is a clothes washer and dryer, but there was no laundry soap.
Summary: Nicely decorated, roomy 3-bedroom apartment, perfect for families or groups. Convenient location with restaurants right
