Rest and relaxation await you in this gated community at the Fairways of Legacy Golf Course. The golf course is right in your back yard in this beautiful 3100 sq. ft. pool and spa home. (There is an additional fee for heating the pool during the months of November thru May). This home features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The home can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. For your enjoyment you will find a Smart-TV in every room. There are three separate living spaces, including family room and upstairs loft. Billiards and ping pong tables, along with board games are available for your entertainment. The covered patio is equipped with a gas grill, mini fridge and seating for guests. The master suite balcony overlooks the pool, spa, and golf course! The home is located nearest the 6th hole at the Legacy Golf Course - however there are no golf course privileges with the home.
This great property is minutes to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and all of the ballparks!

*Items to note:
1. Fee for pool is $250 per week during months of November thru May. Please contact host for prorated fees beyond a one week stay. A separate Zelle or Venmo request will be sent for payment. Fees are not prorated for shorter stays.
2. Please note that the pool and spa have an auto cleaning and filtering function so you may hear them turn on and off at their programmed time.
3. Our gated community homeowner's association requires designated outdoor "quiet hours" to begin at 10:00pm. All pool functions, pool lights and spa turn off at 10:00pm until 6am the next morning. We ask that you respect this rule and our neighbors.
4. The use of the fire pits is allowed, but guests are required to turn them off if they're unattended and/or during quiet hours.
5. Security cameras are at the back and side of the property and are within sight of pool and and hot tub. Locations of security cameras are as follows:
1. The driveway
2. The front door
3. The side gate
4. The backyard has two cameras that cover the pool and spa.
5. The Patio
6. Pool service provider is on the property on Monday at various times. Gardener comes once a month on various dates.

Summary: 5 girlfriends of mine and two teenage girls came for a basketball tournament and had the best vacation ever! The owners are extremely communicative and such great hosts! The house is in the perfect location however, the backyard is definitely the icing on the cake for this property. We really never left the pool unless we had to go to a basketball game. We will definitely be back next year for the same tournament!

Summary: Great home, golf course views, quiet neighborhood, resort-like pool/hot tub that can be heated. Comfortable beds, great floorplan, pool table, ping-pong table, plenty of pool towels and bathroom towels. Well appointed kitchen. 3 families shared house for high school baseball tournament and would stay here again! Close to grocery stores, restaurants, easy airport and freeway access.

Summary: We had a small family gathering for my uncle's 90th birthday party and the home was large enough to comfortably host the event. The pool made a beautiful backdrop and the house was clean and well furnished. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with.

Summary: Seven of us stayed in this perfect home in Phoenix for my doctoral graduation. The home has an awesome pool and jacuzzi. The only complaint that we had was that the home states pool and hot tub, but a couple days before we checked in I was told it would be 250 extra to heat the pool and 150 extra to heat the hot tub. I was extremely disappointed that the ad stated “hot tub” but then charges extra to use it hot! We didn’t care about heating the pool because we use the pool to cool off and swim. Ad shouldn’t have stated “hot tub” if the tub cost extra to be hot. The owners were very nice and did allow a waiver is extra charge to heat the “hot tub” during our weekend stay. The home was located on a golf course, close to the Phoenix airport, Chase Field, downtown, and major stores. Great location for all of our needs!

Summary: Fantastic home for four friends to stay and all have their own bedrooms. Almost walking distance to 2 golf courses, proximate to many spring training facilities. Pool/Hot Tub were amazing. Owner was immediatly responsive to any questions. Will stay here every time I come to PHX!

Summary: Communication w the owners was spot on. The house was beautiful and well kept. Appreciated they had all the necessities and more ready for us. We visited during the holidays and they even had a little Christmas Tree at the house.my older kids loved the pool table and ping pong table. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay for our son's wedding. The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.It has wonderful amenities and everything you need for a perfect stay in Phoenix. We really enjoyed the outdoor bar/kitchen and the pool and spa are A+. The kitchen and pantry had all the appliances/serveware/utensils/stock items we needed, and more! High quality bedding and towels. Simple check-in and check-out. Yolanda and Al were super responsive and helpful when needed, which we didn't need to reach out much as the Welcome Guide we received before check-in and the instructions at the house covered all our questions. We highly recommend!!!
