As you step inside, you'll greeted by a spacious and beautiful decorated hall, go ahead in the living room and sunk in the sofa and enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the large smart TV. It also features fantastic pool and mountain views. The open floorplan seamlessly connects the living space to the fully equipped chef kitchen and the wet bar and ends in the dining room with a huge table fitting 8 people easily.
The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a large king-size bed, and a private ensuite bathroom with double sing, shower and separate tub.
There is also a walk-in closet and a large smart TV as well.
The first guest rooms down the hall will have a cozy queen-size bed and the second guest room a big queen-size bed as well. Both rooms are with smart TVs and share a spacious full-size bathroom with shower.
On the other end of the home, attached and still separated is the casita guest room with comfy queen-size bed, a smart TV as well and a private entrance.
It also features a nice full-size bathroom with shower which is also preferred used as a pool bathroom because it has a door towards the pool area.
Each Bedroom has a nice cozy patio area with seating to have the first sip of coffee outside in morning.

Summary: Great house in a beautiful neighborhood! Easy check in and a clean, well appointed home. Even decorated for the holidays which made it feel so homey. Plenty of room for our family of five. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Little Tuscany Retreat was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. Room enough for our 6 adults and relaxing as well with the heated pool and hot tub. Villa was large and each family group had enough space. It is close to town with easy access to everything. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Little Tuscany Retreat.

Summary: We celebrate thanksgiving every year in a VRBO. This year our rental was terrific! This spacious home will go down as one of our best. It was clean and equipped with every modern convenience we needed. The pool and spa were a great bonus and we spent many hours using them.

Summary: First and foremost, the neighborhood is incredibly quiet on a dead end Street. It’s very close to a great breakfast place and walkable distance to downtown if you’re looking for a little bit of exercise. Very spacious home with amazing pool and hot tub Kitchen is very well outfitted for all your cooking needs while you stay here. Lots of towels! Had a maintenance issue that was dealt with quickly and professionally! Having a host that is very responsive is a treasure! My mother absolutely loved the master suite. You could pretty much just live in there and nowhere else! The properties is amazing. An established home with a very well curated and cared for garden makes this a jewel over any brand new property or build on VRBO/airbnb. There is even a few oranges and lemons left for us in the trees! The view! It’s Nesseled at the base of the mountain, and the view of it is amazing. At night, you can actually watch the tram going up and down a portion of the mountain with its little light glowing on top! The size of this home would be perfect for a great long or extended stay as the closets were humongous and every bedroom. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and if they ever wanted to sell/ give me the property or a free vacation, I will absolutely stay there!

Summary: I don’t usually write reviews but this one deserves it! We spent my mom’s 70th birthday here and it was absolutely perfect! The place is very spacious (bigger than we expected it would be) and easily accommodates a group of people, as well as doggies as the property is enclosed. Tall ceilings and skylights added to the spaciousness. It was very nicely decorated and stylish, very warm and artsy with good lighting! We needed some support in turning on the jacuzzi and Dominic the house manager responded promptly and was helpful, friendly, and efficient! The motor for the pool and jacuzzi cannot be on at the same time so you need to go through the steps that they outline for you. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with a beautiful backdrop of the mountain range. We decided to heat the pool (I recommend doing this) and it was a very comfortable temperature! Also close to the main drag so you can easily hop in the car to go to the shops. There is also a hike within walking distance “Alluvial Fan Trail” (no dogs allowed so we didn’t end up going). We were a little behind checking out (thank you for your patience Dominic!). This place really made our trip special, worth every penny. Thanks again!

Summary: This is a gorgeous property in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Palm Springs! The host and manager were super responsive to all of our questions and we were provided with everything we needed for a wonderful friends' weekend!

Summary: Very nice accommodations. Family was pleasantly surprised. Location was great for a night out for dinner. Weather was a bit unpredictable/ unsettling… My suggestion would be to have a wine bottle opener in the wine bar.
