The beauty of this penthouse is the picture perfect location, 180 degree water views coupled with luxury designer accommodation. Designed perfectly to capture the indoor/outdoor relaxed life style.
The 2 bedroom apartment was completely rebuilt in to provide everything you could possibly need during your luxury getaway. If you enjoy beautiful spaces, thoughtfully curated design which is elegant and yet so calm then you will just love our home for you to escape to.
The master suite features a hotel-like integrated marble en suite with rain shower and a king size Westin hotel heavenly bed will ensure a fabulous nights sleep.
The 2nd bedroom comes queen size bed, rain shower en suite and views out over water.
The 2nd lounge room doubles as a TV room or nook, perfect for the kids to watch TV or a relaxed zone to read a book whilst watching the boats.
The state of the art gourmet kitchen will delight anyone who appreciates cooking with thoughtful details ensuring that cooking is never a chore.
Features include sparkling water on tap, double ovens, automated ice making and a gourmet coffee machine.
The designer furniture throughout the residence brings a relaxed calm atmosphere to the home.
Whilst we have a fabulous espresso machine at the apartment, if you want to wander to Fairlight village you will find wonderful local coffee shops together with a butcher and grocery store. Fairlight beach is a 5 min walk which is known for amazing snorkeling and comes with a harbour pool.
If you are looking for the quintessential beach sanctuary then this is the place for you. A 15 min stroll down to the hub of Manly beach for cafes, restaurants and fast ferry access to the city and everything Sydney has on to offer.

Summary: Really beautiful and incredibly well appointed property in an absolutely breathtaking location. The house was spotlessly clean and Katie was very responsive and helpful with any enquires we had. Lovely pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the hot weather. The views of Sydney harbour towards the heads from the house and the terrace are unbeatable!

Summary: Stunning views from the large deck and kitchen, diner and lounge. Beautifully designed and finished the apartment has everything you could wish for and more. Good location - quiet, peaceful area but easy access to everything including Manly beach. Would recommend a hiring a car. The host was great - friendly, accommodating and helpful. We hope to come back to this beautiful apartment next year. Highly recommend.

Summary: A truly amazing apartment. Everything you want and need for a fantastic trip to Sydney. This apartment had everything, the views and luxury. To have peace and quiet , lovely coastal walks to get around the local surroundings and Manly and close enough to pop on to the very worthwhile ferry over to the City. The apartment was so well equipped for a magical stay. You won’t be disappointed. Kate and Chris are the perfect hosts. Thankyou for everything.

Summary: Apartment was immaculate and very well equipped. Kate was very accommodating allowing us to change our booking dates at very last minute. Easy check-in. Great coffee & pool was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No off street parking being the only issue on arrival but didn’t need the car after that. Thanks for the lovely weekend away.

Summary: A beautiful apartment with amazing modern luxuries. The view was stunning and the place was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Summary: Wow! The best VRBO/AirBNB I've ever stayed in......and I travel often. Kate did an amazing job with this place and it is gorgeous. My family were well taken care of from check in to check out. The penthouse is situated in a quiet part of Fairlight but close to everything. We did rent a car and had plenty of parking right in front. We especially enjoyed our mornings being able to make a good cup of coffee and sitting outside on the beautiful deck overlooking a gorgeous part of Sydney. The view is perfect. The beds were very comfortable and had high end sheets and bedding. The penthouse was a perfect stay and we will most certainly be back. Do not hesitate to choose this place for your stay in Australia.
