Gorgeous 3,600 sq. ft. 5-bedroom Montauk family home nestled in the lush serene woods of Hither Hills is the quintessential destination for one or more families. Walking distance to the beach (0.5 mi) — or drive down and park in reserved HOA private access lot — and just minutes from town (3 mi).
Seated atop two secluded acres and tucked away between Route 27 and the Old Montauk Highway, this estate-like home is the perfect getaway for families looking to make memories.
Upstairs consists of large family room with vaulted ceiling, open design kitchen, large dining area with seating up to 10 (plus counter space for 4 more), master bedroom w/ king bed and private bathroom with jacuzzi, two additional bedrooms each w/ queen beds, and full bathroom.
Downstairs boasts a second large family room, two additional bedrooms each w/ king beds, two full bathrooms, kitchenette, and best of all, an indoor hot tub room with sliding doors out to the lower deck. Lower level can sleep up to 6.
Outside dual-level decking provides ample room to soak up the sun, enjoy the heated 20x40 in-ground pool, or simply lounge and unwind. Backyard is surrounded by dense greenery providing natural seclusion and privacy. Both upper and lower level decks have ample dining space, as well as a BBQ area just off the pool.
The house is fully air-conditioned w/ separate Nest thermostats for each floor, Ring doorbell, washer & dryer, and dishwasher. Sheets and towels provided by the owner. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Cable and Apple TV w/ Netflix provided in each family room and hot tub room as well.
Spend all day enjoying the beach then come home and let your stress melt away to the sound of the waves crashing at night. This house has it all.

Summary: This property is WONDERFUL! There was plenty of room for our family of 10 ranging in age from 1 1/2 to mid 70s. The two separate living room areas were definitely a plus as were the huge pool and the hot tub. The beautiful kitchen made it a pleasure to cook there. The access to the private beaches was also a hit in that they were far less crowded than the public beaches. We took advantage of everything that Montauk has to offer. No review would be complete without mentioning our fantastic host, Linda Silverstein, aided by her nephew, Joe. We cannot imagine anyone more responsive. Any questions we had leading up to our vacation were answered within an hour or less, as were questions while we were there. If we ever decide to vacation in Montauk again, Linda will be our first call!

Summary: If you're looking for all the comforts you are use to at home, you need to chose this place as it will meet and exceed your expectations. A close walk to the beach which is quite private and away from the crowds. Short drive to restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Linda is very attentive to our needs. This is our 3rd consecutive year we have rented here and our family always enjoys it. Also a very well maintained/heated swimming pool and hot tub.

Summary: If you're looking for a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, Linda's property is the best one to chose. It has all the luxury you would enjoy at home, and then some more.... It's big, clean, great amenities, wonderful hot tub and pool, large decks (2) and just a superior property compared to others. Linda was very attentive to our needs, and handled any request we had. I fully recommend this property for your vacation.

Summary: Great home for family vacation - plenty of space for everyone, big, well-appointed kitchen, (and grill outside). We enjoyed hanging around the pool, meals sitting outside on the deck and lots of beach time. Can't wait to go back next summer.
