Las Lomas Condominiums was the first project of NATIVA RESORT. Two buildings with four units each. The units comprise large balconies, terraces, central air and offer spectacular views over the ocean, the river and the forest. The Las Lomas private pool is steps away from the front door. You can watch the sunset over the ocean and river as the Scarlet Macaws fly over for their nightly roosting areas, just as the howler monkeys begin their nightly good nights calls through out the river valley.
Nativa Resort is gated and secured by unobtrusive security guards 24/7 to ensure the safe well being of all guests and owners.
Our condo is a free standing two story unit and it has a 180 degree spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, Tarcoles River and the rain forest. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed, closets and glass doors steps away from the pool area. The second floor master bedroom also has a queen bed and a TV as well as a desk, closets and a connecting Master bathroom which has a Jacuzzi soaking tub and marble shower. The views from the master suite are spectacular and it connects to a private patio overlooking the pool with lounge chairs and hooks for two hammocks. It has an overhead fan and two windows with screens allowing the sleepers to wake up to the sounds of the howler monkeys and scarlet macaws nearby. The living room has a sofa bed that sleeps additional two adults when needed. The Condo is fully furnished. We are the original owners of the unit and it has all the upgrades, including marble floors, bull nosed marble stairs, beautiful crown molding throughout with two tone paint, ceiling fans in every room, granite counter tops, original local artist art work displayed on the walls with custom made furnitures and linens, and the dining table is custom made with travertine table top. The condo is located in a small complex of 8 units. There is a beautiful swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub with a spectacular view of the ocean and the Tarcoles River. The unit perched over a cliff with unobstructed ocean views on all sides of the condo. It is definitely a perfect location for nature lovers who want to be away from the crowded, noisy towns, and yet be close enough to enjoy the local attractions.
Las Lomas is part of NATIVA Resort, located in the Central Pacific Region of Costa Rica. It is only 45 minutes from San José, thanks to the beautiful new highway. Summary: We really enjoyed the location and we had a wonderful view from our condo. The unit is very nice and spacious but could use some updating.It was though, extremely noisey as there was construction going on all around us Monday to Friday both weeks with large trucks going up and down all day long. I would also recommend the owners purchase new pillows as the ones we had were extremely worn. Even though the Property manager knew we were there he left an ATV parked in our space for 3 days until we said something. He is not the easiest to communicate with especially by phone messaging.

Summary: We stayed here on our first trip to Costa Rica and were not disappointed. The description is very accurate but we were pleasantly surprised by several things. The view from this location is amazing, the amount of wildlife is great, great pool and impressive 24 hour security made staying here very relaxing for all of us. You are within driving distance of many places to see and things to do and numerous restaurants reasonably close. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: This is the absolute best condo in the development! The views are out of this world, and the wildlife that we witnessed right outside on the side porch was amazing! Macaws, Toucans, 100 variety of birds, 2 types of monkeys and some ground creatures! You don't even have to go to a National Park... you're staying in one! It was marvelous to watch the sunsets on the upstairs lanai. The condo is comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely be going back to CR and renting this beautiful condo in the rainforest!

Summary: We had a great 7 night stay here. The view is like nothing I have ever seen. Pool was great. Both the interior and exterior of the condo is in great condition. We used the car which was nice. Although it was older it was perfect for the Costa Rice roads given that its a 4x4. The value of this place is very good. I really hope I get to stay there again.

Summary: Lynette was super responsive. The house is beautiful, the view is stunning!! STUNNING! I enjoyed that immensely. We were hardly at the house but when we came in it was wonderful to have the comfy beds and the cool rooms. Kitchen was fully functioning for the morning at cooked. We had everything we could need. The worst that occurred was the dryer started smoking so we didn't have a means of washing or drying anything which was no biggie. Then the upstairs ceiling fan was sparking and blew out the upstairs but we just used the a. c. and all was fine. A little fright after a full day but that's all. We got to see Red Macaws from the patio, and HOWLER Monkeys!! It was so cool. What a wonderful celebration of my birthday. Costas Rica is gorgeous and so full of love and life. Pura Vida indeed. I highly recommend staying here. HIGHLY!! It exceeded our expectation. Simply spectacular.

Summary: This property was even more stunning than in the pictures. The views were so beautiful. We enjoyed the flora and fauna of the Nativa Resort, from the Scarlet Macaws flying overhead, to the green parrots feasting in the tree outside the condo. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday of our 28 day stay. The condo was well appointed, and the upper deck was the perfect place to practice yoga and enjoy the view!

Summary: We enjoyed staying here. The criticism might be that it's a bit far out from Jaco but we knew that in advance and for us the serenity of the property in the nature setting was perfect. The home has views that border on perfection and it was very comfortable. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing. The pool was right outside the door and very nice. We enjoyed our iguana friends and the variety of animals around us. We would definitely stay here again.
