3 Bedroom Apartment in Alpes-Maritimes, Menton

This beautiful bourgeois apartment renovated brand new is located at the sea front in the very heart of Menton with a wide selection of restaurants and shops around, right next to the old town of Menton (5 minutes walk), and two blocks away from the Casino. From the apartment you have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has high ceilings, and beautiful structures from its bourgeois era. It is located on the 3rd floor (4 in total not counting the RC /bottom floor), with elevator. The apartment has built in air conditioning. Parking is included in a neighbouring building (100m walk).
The apartment has gone through a complete renovation. It has a 75sqm surface with white walls and parquet floors:
1) One master bedroom with a 160cm kings size bed, drawers and en suite bathroom
2) Second bedroom with two single beds (90cm each) that can be turned into a 180 cm double bed by a special mattress connector that we have. Just let us know what you prefer!
3) There is a big socializing area with an open space between the kitchen and living room making it optimal for social dinners with family and friends. The kitchen is brand new with all the latest amenities, oven, microwave, 4 induction hobs, dishwasher and washing/dryer machine (combined). The property is brand new and has been furnished with designer furniture.
4) The ensuite bathroom has shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom has a double sink and a shower. In addition there is a separate guest toilet.
The residence is located at the heart of Menton in front of the beach where you have all the restaurants, bars / cafes and shops. The lemon festival parade passes right outside the apartment in February / March.This apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday on the French Riviera!
*Menton is located next to the luxurious lifestyle of Monaco. If you want some glam and celebrity spotting you can take the bus, train or car (20-30 min) and enjoy it for the day. Monaco has many nice restaurants like Nobu, Ciprianis or why not enjoy a drink at the American Bar of Hotel de Paris! For children we recommend to visit the Oceanographic Museum.
*Menton is located on the border to Italy. Thus, if you want to make a day trip outside Menton you can go to Italy. With well connected trains from Menton, alternatively use a car, you can within 30 min go to Italy to enjoy fresh food markets, restaurants with handmade ravioli or local Ligurian cuisine, and much more.

Summary: A really nice flat with a very special balcony view over the sea, perfectly positioned to enjoy Menton and explore the Cote d’Azur and Liguria.

Summary: We had stayed in Sophia and Neil's other unit one floor below this apartment five years ago, and were happy to have access to the same building again. The location is ideal, steps away from numerous sidewalk cafes and the beach, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station, and a lovely walk through the old town to get to the market and shopping. The view from the picture window in the living room is wonderful. A fierce electrical storm hit Menton a couple of days before our departure and knocked out the hot water boiler in the apartment, and despite attempts to fix it over a holiday weekend, we were without hot water for a few days. To our surprise, Sophia and Neil credited back to our account two days' of rental fees to compensate us for the loss of hot water that was beyond their control. That is true client service and we are appreciative and very respectful of the steps they took to keep their clients happy. Thank you for another great stay in Menton!

Summary: Unbeatable location and view. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed and modern. High ceilings make the place feel light and spacious. The bathroom in main bedroom includes toilet and spacious shower. The other shower and sinks are separate from toilet room which is typical in France. Was even nicer then the pictures and we would return.

Summary: Stayed there for one week with my family (2 adulty, 2 kids). Checkin was a bit confusing / unorganized but at the end, everything turned out well. Appartment is very modern directly at the beach, there is just a street in between. Beautiful view over the sea from living room. Everything you need for your stay is there. Many Restaurants directly in front of the appartment, Menton center in walking distance. Beach is very stony, but water very clean.

Summary: We had a wonderful week staying at Sophia and Neil's Belle Epoque apartment in Menton. Located just across the street from the Mediterranean, the apartment is very modern and clean, and was comfortable (albeit a little cozy) for six of us. The neighborhood is fantastic, with great restaurants (including one in the building) and beautiful red clay tennis courts just a short walk up the avenue. We never had a problem parking our very large 8-seat vehicle on the street, as parking is free every evening between 7PM and 9AM. We were here for the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters tennis tournament, which was only a 15 minute drive away. It was also very easy to drive to Sanremo, Italy, as well. We wanted to watch the tennis tournament in the apartment, so Neil generously bought us a Google Chromecast. The weather was wonderful as well!
