Youโll enjoy stunning sea and island views, from this immaculate luxurious self- contained house.
The house dรฉcor is French provincial , featuring two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a super King that can be split into two singles if required, each with itโs own personal ensuite.
Your living area is a sunny open plan living room, with kitchen and a private, sunny indoor out-door deck area taking advantage of the ever changing stunning sea views of boats, Waiheke and other islands.
The nightly price is for 1 or 2 people (& continental breakfast for a few days). Then an extra $50 per person (up to max of 4 people for the house).
If you need more space or beds, thereโs also an optional SEPARATE LARGE RUMPUS ROOM with a flat screen TV, two inbuilt single beds and a lounge suite and dining suite available for additional people to stay or a private space for those teenagers.Just an extra flat rate of $80 per night.
Max people permitted is 6 for the whole property.
Youโll have your own a private entrance and a dedicated off street car parking. This house is located with total privacy on the same property as the family home.
This house is immaculately presented, very clean, with attention to detail and all the luxuryโs and comforts of home including free Wifi.
Very accommodating for infants and babies. WE DO CHARGE A ONE OFF $50 FEE (payable on arrival), porta cot, or bassinet, high chair, potty, bed wetting aids, and a bath, supplied with beautiful clean linen and even a baby bouncer, changing mat and a fold up stroller. We have toys, DVDโs, books and games for all ages of children.
The beds have a luxury feel with high quality linen and furnishings. Bathrobes, extra pillows, blankets & towels supplied.
The house is equipped all cooking facilities. If you donโt wish to cook thereโs a large variety of local takeaways and restaurants only a 5 minute walk away, or you will find a list and menus in your apartment. There is a large Countdown supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away at the new Pohutukawa Shopping centre, Thereโs great coffee places, Sushi, two new restaurants/bars, medical centre, chemist, gym, nail clinic, Barber & Liquor store. All their menuโs are in a house folder for you to view.
A 5 minute car drive or a 20 minute walk and you we be at the beautiful Pine Harbour Marina where 22 ferries a day commute to downtown Auckland city in 35 minutes during weekdays, often spotting dolphins on the way.
Pine Harbour hosts Friday night fresh markets with a French influence and great local Cafรฉโs and restaurants
A few minutes drive, is the amazing Maraetai Beach, with white sandy beaches. A very popular swimming destination in the summer months, with warm water. Thereโs cafรฉโs and stunning easy coastal walks, up close and personal with nature and the sea at itโs best.
You are only a 20 minute drive from Botany Town Centre and about 35 minutes away from Auckland International & Domestic Airport
