6 Bedroom House in Lavonia

Craftsman style custom designed and decorated throughout. Builders personal home with 4000+ sq ft. with innovative ideas not yet seen in Hartwell. 6 Large Bedrooms, 4 Full Baths. Four of the six bedrooms have King beds! Main level - Master (King Suite) and Guest (Queen) Bedrooms. The private Master BR Suite includes a luxurious master bath with separate over-sized Jacuzzi jet tub and shower areas. Two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, downstairs den, dining area, and all tiled porches enjoy the big water view of Lake Hartwell! Upstairs has 2 BR's (Both Kings) with a separate reading/nursery room that can handle a queen blow up mattress for a small 7th bedroom, downstairs 2 BR’s (1 King and 2 Queens plus a set of Bunkbeds), 1 Bath, and den with wet bar. In-ground fire pit on backyard patio overlooking the lake, double garage on main. WI-FI, large flat screen HDTV, in Master Bedroom. About 30 minutes for Clemson Football and Graduations!
We have found that groups where everyone wants to be comfortable find this home the best! There are several areas to sit together both inside and outside as well as plenty of privacy for all. There are 4 Large Bedrooms with King beds. Two more Large Bedrooms support 1 Queen bed and 2 Queen beds and a set of bunkbeds respectively.
There are two bedrooms on the main floor with only one step from the garage in case anyone has difficulty climbing stairs. This allows everyone to enjoy the beauty of the lake and be in the middle of all of the fun!
You are more welcome to bring any floating devices, rings, floats, noodles, etc for your use. We kindly ask that you not leave them behind for other guests as our insurance does not allow us to provide any non-Coast Guard Approved floating devices. We will leave a few Coast Guard Approved life vests for your use.
Summer water fun is not the only wonderful thing to do around Tugalo Heights!!
We find Fall and Winter to be great for day trip exploring!! Besides several really wonderful small towns in the area, here are a few other ideas we love!

Summary: Our stay by included 14 people coming from New Jersey for my daughter’s wedding. The house was well laid out. The ground level living space was perfect for all the kids (eight of them ages 16 -25), giving them separate space from the older adults. The master bedroom and bathroom were a wonderful size. The outdoor space is perfect, being the end of January we didn’t utilize it much but in the warmer weather we would have been out there all the time. The home was well stocked with bath towels, kitchen towel, plates, cups and silverware for the large group we had. The house made for the perfect getaway.

Summary: There are so many great points about this property I don’t know where to begin!! The house was fabulous! It had plenty of room! We had ten adults and four kids and everyone had room to move around. The back patio and deck was great for just we and eating! Everyone really enjoyed the dock and the lake!! Jack & Judi were very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely go back!!

Summary: This was the perfect spot for our family to get together to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. Plenty of room. Right on the lake with its on dock. Boat ramp nearby and a boat slip on the dock. It's a little tucked away in the woods and not real close to amenities, but part of our enjoyment was making our own meals and our own fun!oursmaking pur own fun

Summary: This is the second year in a row my friends and I have used this house for our annual get together. It’s a quiet location but convenient to the interstate and the boat marinas. We rent a boat for two days and leave it at the house overnight on the dock which works really well. We use the barbecue every night and our all impressed with its quality. The house is quite comfortable for six adults with no couples. Be careful with the location because not all GPS accurately reflect it I think. We bought food in Greensville, which is less than two hours away for the entire weekend. There is a high-quality butcher and bakery or to there as well as the national chains.

Summary: This was our second summer stay at this wonderful property. It was great once again for our big family. We enjoyed the spacious accommodations! It is close to a boat ramp and the marina. The dock was great for our boat and pontoon.The outdoor back deck is large and wonderful for evening dining. The surrounding towns had everything you would need. This home is a 10 out of 10!

Summary: Our stay was delightful. The home was clean and well equipped in the kitchen, bedrooms and baths. We enjoyed fishing and boating from the dock. Jack and Judi were responsive to our messages and most accommodating to our needs. This was a great vacation for our family!!!
