Summary: The Villa really has it all and is very well equiped. We were 6 people in total ranging in age from 15 to 73 and everyone really enjoyed it. BBQ is great, AC system works well in all rooms and the pool is amazing (really big). It was hard to get the kids out of the house as they liked it too much. Owners gave us a really nice welcome and good instructions and were avalaiable when needed. We will be back for sure!

Summary: We have just had one of the best family holidays. The property is immaculate with one of the best private pools I have ever seen. From the 2 year old to me (71) we have all had the best time ever. Thank you

Summary: Overall a very great stay. Perfect for a good family holiday. The sofa bed in the living room is not very comfortable and too much light comes in even when shutters down which could be a problem for light sleepers. Rosas is an amazing place.

Summary: The drive from Gerona airport took us 45 minutes and was very easy.The host met us at the villa at 10pm and was warm and friendly. She was very helpful showing us how things in the villa worked. The villa itself is very big with a lovely downstairs open area with huge tv, 2 dining areas and adequate kitchen. The floors are all marble and it is all very beautiful. Upstairs two bedrooms are ensuite and two share one other bathroom. All have terraces that look over the stunning mountains and water. The aircon is very good and each door has pull down mosquito nets. There is large wardrobe space and everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The outside area covers two sides of the villa and overlooks the water. There is a lovely pool, large dining table and chairs, a day bed, bbq, olive tree and other lovely plants. The area that you look out on really is stunning with beautiful boats passing by all day long. It really is a fantastic villa inside and out.We hired a car and I would say that it is needed to explore a bit further out. We drove up into the mountains one day, stunning but scary! The roads are narrow and winding and at one point we were level with the top of the pylons!! But you then come across some beautiful coves like Montjoi, which had the clearest water and dark sand. We also visited Canyelles Petite beach which again was beautiful, a typical small beach with lush wooded area and buildings nestled into the mountains. We would have explored further to areas like Cadeques but ran out of time. We would definitely come back to this area of Costa Brava and can highly recommend this wonderful villa. A definite 5 stars
