3 Bedroom Apartment in Santa Margarida, Roses

Our apartment has been our home for eight years, and so have all the amenities. The furniture is high quality and is in very good condition, television is large, the fridge very new, and we painted the hippest recently (April 2014) in addition to buying a new double bed.
Its location is unbeatable being right in front of the Bahia de Rosas and the promenade that runs along the same from the port of Roses all the way from Santa Margarita, always devoting beautiful sunsets and sun, which can be viewed directly from the lounge sitting or terrace, besides a great comfort for having no road near the building, and a family atmosphere.
It is a building in constant renovation and conservation to be all apartments from individuals, we deal with shared pool always be able to bath the garden in perfect condition and the exterior of edifio undamaged. We are located halfway between the center of Roses and the center of Santa Margarita, with direct access to the beach (sunbeds rental, Xiringuito, ...). It is also seen that we have a closed underneath the building with remote parking, and direct access from the first floor parking elevator where they can go aa pool and even to walk in front of the apartment through a small door with all comfort.

Summary: Great holiday and a perfect apartment for our family! Spacious and clean and a really handy parking spot underneath which you would need definitely in the height of the season! Our host Joseph was also top class met us to see us in and overall would recommend this place to any families as there is something for everyone, long beach, restaurants and bars galore and a nice near town with lots of shopping options too! We will be back!!

Summary: The owner Joseph was brilliant, very accommodating, even when we were delayed til 1am. The well equipped modern apartment itself is wonderful with a gorgeous balcony directly overlooking the sea. Lovely and quiet as just the promenade and the beach between you and the lapping waves. Three good bedrooms with two bathrooms. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return. The town of Roses is beautiful with lots of restaurants, shops and sea cliff walks.

Summary: The appartement is really nice and well equipped. The view from the terrace is awesome and you can do everything by feet ! Joseph is one of the best owner we met . Definitely we will go back to this great place!

Summary: We were 5 adults sharing the apartment for 14 days summer vacation aiming for beach, sun and relaxing. Our goal was to be close the beach as well as to restaurants and food. The apartment held it's promises and fulfilled our requirements very well. The location is right next to the beach promenade and you can take a towel and cross it to go swimming in the sea on the very long and very good beach of Roses; possibly one of the best in Spain. There is beach chairs and parasols for rent on the beach just nearby and also beach restaurants. The pool is small and for cooling off, not swimming and there are showers there. Nice when coming from the beach; there is a direct gate from the street to the pool and garden. Very practical. The city of Roses is just 10 minutes slow walk and there are restaurants and bars just next to the apartment. However the apartment is quiet, there were no noise in form of music or party during the night that was annoying; some faint show / dance music from a nearby hotel ended early. The apartment had everything we needed and was fully equipped for food preparation if wished. The host also supplied towels for the beach, which was very nice. Wifi worked fine the younger said, and there were televison which was not proven though. AirCondition worked very well and cooled the apartment in a very warm weather. The host, Joseph is very nice and service-minded. He offered information of the place, area and recommended good restaurants as well as practical information.
