This beautiful Villa is located in its own walled grounds, with a large, private Pool and Orchard. (Please note: this is the only large, private villa with its own private pool located within a 7 walk of the centre of Marmaris) The property offers a Concierge, available daily, on a complimentary basis, to assist personally with any bookings, trips & outings and also to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. The owner offers a complimentary trip on his private yacht if he is available during your holiday.
The location, named Camdibi Mahallesi ('area of the pine trees') is a quiet, residential area of Marmaris at the foot of the pine covered mountains. The Villa and grounds have been extensively refurbished and are graced by grape bearing vines, bougainvillea, oleander, hibiscus, roses, jasmin, honeysuckle, banana, mandarin, fig, new world fruit, olive, almond, lemon & yucca trees and Egyptian palms. From May to October guests are welcome to help themselves to the fresh fruit from our Orchard.
The property is entered through wrought iron gates, with coach lamps which automatically provide ambient lighting between 7pm & 2am each evening. There is a stunning, large Pool ideal for all ages, providing wheelchair accessibility, with a gently stepped entrance and poolside shower facilities.
Balconied bedrooms and a large, al fresco dining terrace with barbeque overlook the pool and enable supervision of any children whilst they play and swim.
Featuring a large, well-equipped kitchen leading to an open plan dining room and lounge, with Wifi, Smart TV and music docking stations, the ground floor of this airy villa is flooded with light. There is a convenient downstairs cloakroom with double washbasin & wc and a wide, marble staircase leading from the main hall to the upper floors. There is also a fully equipped laundry room.
The 6 spacious bedrooms (including one large family room offering a queen double bed, 2 x single beds & a cot) comfortably sleep 13 guests. All rooms feature independent air-conditioning units. The Otterman Master Bedroom has an Ensuite Wet room. There are also 2 further fully fitted bathrooms (with baths & separate showers and bidet facilities).
Select local restaurants offer a FREE chauffeured taxi service. Additionally, the owner has arranged discounted rates at various Turkish Baths to enable guests to begin their holiday in style, with a free chauffeured taxi there and back.

Summary: pool was great but we had lots of issues. on day 1 we were shouted at by abusive neighbour next door and visited by the local police cause the neighbour suspects the owner is running an illegal business- this ruined our first day / there were no parasols for first 3 days / a filthy dirty swing chair which was recovered for us on day 3 / aircon unit in one bedroom did not work at all for first 5 days and two boys needed to sleep on settee in lounge / a second aircon unit broke and made horrific noise all night on day 4 and the baby who was in that room had to sleep elsewhere for 2 nights until it was fixed / the owner visited regularly and was always full of excuses. / he said that he got our leaving date wrong and therefore did not turn up to talk to us or see that the villa was left in excellent condition. there have been lots of emails between us since our return but nothing has been resolved.

Summary: Arrived on the 28th July for our third visit at this superb villa. Having previously travelled in and out of Dalaman airport, we elected to take the early flight from Gatwick to Rhodes and cross on the ferry. The early morning flight reaches Rhodes around lunch time and a 15euro taxi ride will get you to the port long before the 5pm ferry departure. This allows you to get to the villa late afternoon/early evening and enjoy one more relaxed evening in Marmaris. The villa, as usual, was clean and ready and once again we were greeted by Ozge. He acts as a maintenance main come concierge, sorting any minor issues in the villa, arranging taxis, advising on places to eat and go and exchanges money at rates far better than the UK. Every villa needs an Ozge. Colin and Christine, who were both in Marmaris, visited and were equally welcoming and friendly, offering a British review of the resort. The villa is extremely well appointed and beautifully decorated, the flooring has been replaced and a wonderful new kitchen has been installed since our last visit. The pool is great, large enough that even with 5 teenagers in it, there is space for all to relax and the gardens offer both sun and shade from sun up to sun down. As a group we cannot recommend the villa highly enough and have already booked to return next August.

Summary: We were a group of 13 ages between 21-23. From the moment we arrived in Dalaman Airport we were met by a private minibus which took us straight to the villa. On arrival we were greeted by the 2 owners and the lovely Turkish man who looked after the villa for them (he would visit daily to check everything is okay and he speaks very good English). All 3 were extremely smiley and chatty and seemed genuinely happy to see us - they all recommended things to do and places to eat which was perfect. Also as the owners were in Marmaris at the time, they offered to take us out on their private yacht for a day which was by far the best part of the holiday - they were so accommodating especially as we were a large group of graduates! The villa itself is beautiful - a large pool with plenty of sunbeds was just ideal. Every room was air conditioned, all necessary cooking equipment was provided and there was also a BBQ and large outdoor dining table for that night you want to cook yourself. It is situated only a 5 minute walk from a supermarket where you will find everything you need, and only 20/25 mins to the beach (if this is too long then taxis are extremely cheap)! I would highly recommend this property and this area in Turkey in particular. The people are extremely friendly and the level of service you receive in restaurants etc. is unprecedented. Thank you very much Colin and Christine for a wonderful holiday!

Summary: This villa really is amazing, from stepping of the plane we were met by the villa chauffeur who took us to his new 12 seater Mercedes mini bus, we really did feel special. Then from arriving at the villa we were greeted by Oscar the property manger who showed us around. We arrived late at night so all the pool and fill was all lit up and looked so lovely, we couldn't get over the size of the pool. Everything we needed was in the villa and if not we would just call Oscar who would sort it from trips to kebabs, wine anything I can't stress enough how helpful he is and he really made this holiday easy. The villa is in Perfect location only 10 mins walk from local bars and shops and the big supermarket is just round the corner a 2 minute walk. We have been to other villas but this really is something else.

Summary: We were a group of 3 families. 6 adults 7 kids so filled the villa to full occupancy - there was still no shortage of space. The villa itself is about a 10-15 minute walk (with buggies) to Marmaris centre so great location. Ozge is great, helps you with anything you need and answers and questions you may have. He keeps the pool and outdoor area spotless. He even managed to get a birthday cake at short notice for our arrival. Christine and Colin were great help in the run up to our holiday, answering any questions. They even helped us out with moving the change over day to suit our flights from Scotland. Overall- fab time and if we go back to Marmaris we wouldn't choose anywhere else. Thanks again Milne party.

Summary: Perfect villa perfect location. We don't want to leave . Our every need had been taken care of by oz the property manager. Just spent an idyllic day on the owner Colin's yacht . The pool is spotless as oz cleans it twice a day . It's very easy to get from the villa to Marmaris. I repeat its perfect in every way . Both the property manager and the owner can't do enough to make your holiday everything you want . We will be back !!

Summary: We were in the villa with a group of 11 young people, we had the best time ever! The villa is amazing and the pool is even more priceless, Oz, the Housekeeper was there for us when we needed anything, our friend got an epileptic attack and Oz was immediately there too arrange the hospitle en take care of my friend, that was a big plus, also he called the food service many times for us, thank you for that! When we arrived at Dalaman there was a transfer (13 persons car), that drove us too our villa at the cost of 65 euros (130 retour), this was great. Josh came by the villa to show us all the excursions of Marmaris, we took a boat trip, massage and went diving, big plus! On the 3rd day of our holiday we went swimming by night with a few people and someone called the police, so don't do that, the neighbours are working this period of the year. If you want to party, you can party inside the house (with airco everywhere), it is nice and the room is sound-proof. We had a great holiday, thank you Colin, Oz and Christine!

Summary: The Villa was a perfect place to spend ALL DAY ...... plenty of shade and plenty of sunbathing areas around the garden. The 4 children we had in our party were in the pool all day which was very relaxing for the parents too. It is a 5 minute walk to a 'Tesco' called Kipa and bakery .... It is about 5 - 7 minute drive from restaurants and bar and the marina which is also beautiful.
