Positive: We liked that it was central and a short walk from the marina and town The room was cleaned everyday which we didn't expect with fresh bottled water left each day The bathroom is fantastic the shower very good The cleaning lady's attention to detail was amazing (she noticed we had wine but no glasses)so left us some the next day The balcony was clean with a table and chairs to sit out on a night listening to the music from bar street (more in next section) Staff and owners could not do enough for us I needed to use an iron and the lady at reception was quite happy to iron my dress for me all with a smile We will be going back hopefully next year
Negative: Nothing to not like however bar street is just round the corner and can be noisy with loud music till the early hours and call to pray is around 5am most days but we already knew this so packed ear plugs which husband used once or twice if you are looking for peace and quiet then this isn't the place for you if you prefer true character and friendly people with good knowledge of the area and history then this could be the place for you

Positive: We liked our stay here a lot. The room had everything we needed, including a kettle for us Brits. Reception were friendly and helpful. It’s located right in the centre, a minute’s walk from the sea
Negative: The area has loads of nightclubs (and tattoo parlours, if that’s your thing). We were there in late October, so most were closed and it wasn’t too noisy- plus it finished fairly early anyway. Be aware it’s a stone’s throw from a mosque, so the call to prayer is a bit loud!

Positive: The location was close to everything. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. The room with the sea view has a cute balcony. If you want a quiet place to sleep early, this is not your best pick but I went there with my friends so it didn’t bother us. Overall we really liked the place.
Negative: There was no elevators so we had to carry our bags alone to the 2nd and 3rd floors. And when we faced an issue with the air conditioner we went down twice to the reception only to find the door closed. But of course, once we found someone they immediately went up to fix it.
Summary: If we ever went back to Marmaris, this would be the first place we would look for available rooms in
