Summary: I liked how much nature there was all around the yurt, including the trees outside all the windows as well as the plants the owner has growing in her yard.

Summary: I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the last 30 years and this place is one of my favorites. Every detail is attended to with thoughtfulness and beauty. Not only was everything in order but everything was comfortable and beautiful! The sheets smelled good, the floor in the bathroom is heated, there were gorgeous flowers on the table, the textiles and dishes were visually satisfying, the bed - just right. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Port Townsend. We had a glorious time and can't wait to come back.

Summary: Brigadoon lived up to it’s namesake! Julie has created a beautiful experience for her guests, from the exquisite yurt to the beautiful garden setting to the special goodies that were laid out for us. We had a great trip to the Olympic Peninsula and this wonderful property made up many of the memories we will take with us.

Summary: This luxury yurt is everything the listing and other reviewers say it is. It is beautifully decorated inside and situated in the owners garden. It is very comfortable to stay in, especially the plush bed. The location is quiet and peaceful, as is the ambience created by the owners. And it is exceptionally clean. It has a bit of a B and B vibe with the snacks, coffee, and even champagne, and being able to chat with the owners. I took a walk on the beach, spent an afternoon roaming the shops in Port Townsend, sat and read a book. You have a lot of options for how to spend your time at the yurt. Thank you Julie and family!

Summary: This property is amazing! The gardens are fantastic and so relaxing. The yurt itself was beautifully decorated with so many amazing touches of whimsy! It was stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The owner Julie and the guy who created the garden space Dave were delightful friendly people. We had one of the best vacations ever and we can't wait to come back!

Summary: The yurt feels like as much of an escape as the destination (Puget Sound area). Luxury spa-like environment with the most comfortable bed. Everything is as pictured and described on their property site - simply amazing. The location provides easy access to wonderful places to hike, including day-trips to parts of the Olympic National Park. Wineries, coffee shops, used bookstores … all in abundance nearby. I loved it.
