Negative: Parking too difficult to arrange, in the end I gave up asking and parked 10 mins away which was annoying as there seems to be lots of parking available but without confirmation from the booking team parking here would risk a fine. WiFi code provided does not work

Positive: Second time I have stayed in this apartment, The facilities and location is great for my needs.
Negative: Maintenace was an issue on this visit. Lost hot water twice for a number of days due to issue in the complex. As it was a general outage some communication from the host would have been appreciated rather than me having to report. Hard to get a clear answer on the issue or when would be fixed. Second problem was the heater could not be turned off for the first 2 weeks of my stay. Host was slow to pick up on my complaint, however once they did it was promptly resolved.
Summary: Overall apartment is good, I think host communications could have been better regarding mainenance.

Positive: The Apartment was very nice. The location was perfect.
Negative: The smell of fresh paint when we arrived. When we arrived it was dark and we could not locate the keys from the lockbox. I tried calling the number provided but got no answer. The lockbox is located around a corner at the side entrance to a garden. I would have never found it only for a resident who came out with their rubbish.
Summary: Overall the apartment was really nice and we could not fault it. The apartment was spotless.
