Summary: Check in/out was easy. Prior to our arrival we received word that the AC in the media room was down. Jennifer stated they had portable units in place to keep it cool. They did not sufficiently cool the space. It was over 85 degrees in the media room for the duration of our stay. The kids were not able to use the space. In addition to the excessive heat the media room tv/firestick/appletv would not function either. No inputs would pick up on the system and the instructions left did not align with the projector and components on site. We had flooding in the basement. It was addressed in a timely manner but limited our access to the game room as the carpet was saturated. The kitchen is not stocked for larger groups. They lack utensils, cookware, and place settings to accommodate a large group. We were pleased with the size and the location of the property. We requested a partial refund prior to writing our review due to the above issues and were ignored. We will try to stay at Mahoney next time.
