Set in magnificent landscaped grounds and huddled around a sparkling sapphire pool with lazy river. The difficulty will be tearing yourself away from "Blue Hill " to sample the other deligths of Altinkum. . . Situated within close proximity to the lively resort of Altinkum, the location offers the duality of a tranquil spot with the option to hop on a minibus and be in the resort centre in less than ten minutes. Location: nestled behind the ancient Temple Of Apollo ,in the most sought after area of Didim. As the name suggests, the setting is a prime hilltop site, which in turn provides tremendous views over the whole of Didim, including the crystal waters of the Aegean. The largest Marina in the Aegean, the D-Marin with its luxury millionaires yachts is only 8 minutes drive from the apartment.
Please note the swimming pool is available in season from 1st May to 25th September for 2018.

Summary: very nice, clean and well furnished apartment. Very nice and big pool. Sohail, the owner of the apartment has always been very committed to our well-being. We were 16 days there and more than satisfied. Highly recommended for all groups from single to families.

Summary: There were 5 in our party all adults. We arrived after midnight and the owners management company met us with the key and showed us around the apartment. Apartment was spotless clean and nicely decorated. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fully air-conditioned. There is the main bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Twin Room has 2 single beds. The lounge has a corner suite which opens up as very comfortable double bed. The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fruit juicer, kettle, toaster and a very large fridge freezer, washing machine and all pots, pans and cutlery. We only used the kitchen facilities at breakfast time and snacks as the food in the restaurants in the area is very cheap and tasty. And most restaurants do a free pick up and drop off car service very handy after you have had a few drinks. There is a balcony facing the pool and another balcony in the back which looks over the countryside and sea views and views of the Greek Islands over the horizon. The complex is lovely and the swimming pool is stunning and cleaned daily with plenty of sunloungers. The complex is a quite area of Didim/Altinkum but dont let this put you off as the local bus stops only 3 mins walk from the complex. Because the complex is set on an elevated position you get a lovely breeze blowing which make the hot weather bearable. There are a couple of shops only a few minutes walk away and a few different restaurants including an excellant restaurant opposite the complex called Mavi Kitchen. The 3000 year old historic wonder the temple of apollo is only 10 minutes walk away and there are many nice eating places overlooking this wonder. The local buses and taxis are very cheap to get around. We took the bus to Mavisehir only took 10 minutes to watch the stunning sunsets the area is famed for and the restaurants there are very good quality and cheap. There is also a late night market in mavisehir in summer. Bargains galore. We used the free car pick up and drop off service when we ate many times in Altinkum seafront. The owner is a nice man who lives in England and arranged our private transfer from Bodrum airport. And he provided us much advice on where to exchange money, eat, and excursions. He has extensive knowledge of the area. A very pleasant stay. Would definately recommend a stay here. P.Dodds Cardiff.

Summary: The apartment is in a quiet area of Altinkum/Didim. You have the advantage of being able to retreat to a peaceful tranquil location yet only a few minutes by taxi or local bus to centre of the action in Altinkum. The apartment itself was spotless clean when we arrived and is very tastefully decorated. It has air-con in all rooms. As the complex is on an elevated position you have a lovely light breeze blowing most days. And the views from the apartment are very lovely. Front balcony overlooks the pool and the back balcony has sea views with islands in the horizon. Lovely at sunset. The owner who lives in England is always contactable via facebook, whatsapp and email and was very helpful in organising private transfer from the airport. He has very good knowledge of this part of Turkey and was very handy with tips and suggestions for excursions. He is always contactable. His property manager is is based in the resort. The Blue Hill Complex has a good mixture of cultures staying turkish, irish, english and our kids made good friends. I would recommend Mavi Kitchen Bar and Restaurant opposite the complex. Great meal and service set in nice grounds and the sunset view from the roof terrace is breathtaking. We would like to thank Sohail (owner) for letting us stay here and all the handy tips he gave us during our stay. We will be booking this apartment again soon

Summary: We had a great family holiday staying in this apartment. On arrival we were very pleased with the actual apartment which is spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard. The apartment is fully air conditioned and screens to all windows. We arrived around midnight to the complex and despite staying in Altinkum on several previous occasions we were disorientated as to where the complex was situated, however our transfer providers Maxi Tours found the place with no problem. There is 24 hour security and we were greeted by the security guard and shown to the apartment. The guards are Turkish and speak little English but are always friendly and helpful but always greet you with a smile and a wave. A minor criticism is the WIFI isn't that great in the complex. However, this did improve over the holiday period. The owner is very friendly and helpful and is only a phone call or email away and can reassure you with any queries you may have. His management company are located close to the complex should any problems arise. The complex is a little further out than we originally thought but don't let this put you off as it is situated in a peaceful area of Altinkum. A taxi is around 15 lire and regular Dolmus can be found 5 min walk to the end of the road. There is 2 little shops nearby and a handful of restaurants. As the complex consists of private apartments there was a community atmosphere. We found everyone to be very friendly whether they were English, Irish or Turkish. Our boys soon made friends. Lovely clean pool, sun all day. Music by the pool by some of the younger guests but we had no problems with noise overnight. We would definitely recommend a stay here :)
