2 Bedroom Apartment in San Javier, Roda

This is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment, on Phase 3, with views to the golf course. It sleeps 4 to 5 people and is set in an excellent position within mature gardens. 100 mb fibre WiFi is available.
The apartment overlooks the communal swimming pool which is just a few steps away from the large patio. Bedroom 1 has two new (2023) single beds, a double wardrobe (with plentiful coathangers), en-suite bathroom, a 19 inch TV, hairdryer and doors which open up onto the patio. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (new mattresses 2023) and a double wardrobe with a separate bathroom (with shower). The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher while the large living area has a table and chairs and comfortable armchairs; the settee opens out to form a double bed. There is also a 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock and the doors lead out onto the patio where there is a large oval table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. The apartment has air-conditioning for the summer and central heating for the cooler weeks. Cots, highchairs, bikes and golf clubs can be supplied from our apartment manager.
Additional information about rental rates: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental is required with the booking form. The balance of rent is due no less than 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date (unless agreed previously).
A security/breakages deposit of £130 is required with the final balance.
There is a 20 Euro cost for cleaning if the sofa bed is used for a 5th person.
A welcome pack can be supplied on request.
Golf Course: The 18 hole, par 72, golf course has been designed by Dave Thomas, one of Europe's most sought after course architects. There are also putting green facilities and a driving range.
General information: Pool and beach towels are not supplied, please bring your own.
No pets are allowed.

Summary: We know Roda Golf and stayed there before in another accomadation.The appartment was oké but it need some TLC. Some reparetions at the curtains, the toilet kept flussing, the beds need to be replaced, the light in the bathroom was disconnected now and then and the cleaning could be better. (Dust) I had to clean the kitchen doors myself and the bathrooms partially.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment for 10 days. Close to the community pool and close to parking. Loved that we could go out to the terrace from the main bedroom. The only minus is that it is far to the main entrance of the Roda Golf resort. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Lorraine for letting us stay there on short notice.

Summary: Our second stay at this apartment and it was fantastic. Beautifully appointed with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms air conditioning and an excellent location on the ground floor right by the pool. The complex is safe and quiet with the excellent bars and restaurants of Los alcazarres a short drive away. Already looking at coming back next year. Thank you Loretta for the superb service

Summary: The apartment was fantastic and provided everything we needed. The pool was spotless and the clubhouse provided excellent food in a fabulous setting. Los Alcazarres is a short 10 minute drive away with plenty of restauarants/bars to chose from. Would certainly recommend this apartment.

Summary: I stayed at the apartment for a week with my husband, sister, her partner and my 3yr old nephew, and we all loved it. The apartment is very spacious and furnished to a high standard. It really is a home from home. The kitchen is better equipped than my own! Even items such as dishwasher tablets are provided. There are books, dvd's and games in the living room for use while you are there, as well as maps and information regarding the surrounding areas. The swimming pool does not have a particularly shallow end for young children but there are two sets of big steps going into the pool at either end which my nephew enjoyed playing on, and with arm bands was able to swim around the whole of the pool. It never got busy and the people that we did see were all really friendly. There are small play grounds dotted all around the resort with two very close to the apartment. The food at the Club House was good and the portions big. The view of the golf course is lovely. You do really need a car to get around. There are supermarkets, restaurants, shops and of course beaches all within a few minutes drive. If you fly into Alicante, make sure you don't do what we did and get the A7 and the AP7 mixed up! We spent ages looking for our turn off only to realise that we were on the wrong road! (You start on the A7 but then need to turn off on to the AP7). A phone call to Darryl the facilities manager of the apartment soon put us back on track though. He was great and gave us directions all the way to the resort. We all had a really relaxing holiday and when my nephew was asked today if he wanted to go back to the holiday home next year he said "No....I want to go back now!", which I think summed it up for us all. We would definitely recommend.

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, the location by the pool was ideal, the apartment itself was immaculate in décor and cleanliness, with all the appliances one is used to; i.e. dishwasher, washing machine and a docking station for the teenagers. I can recommend and would rate this 10 out of 10

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is spacious, neat and beautifully decorated. It is in a quiet location and I very much enjoyed cycling to the beach. The pool is very close to the patio, which made it easy to go for a quick dip. The kitchen is well equipped and there are multimedia features throughout the property. I would highly recommend staying here.
