Positive: Wonderful apartment with a great view (22nd floor) and with a pool and a gym on the rooftop. The building also has a supermarket in the basement, which was very convenient. We were on holidays as a family of four. It was wonderful for our 5-year old daughter to have a room on her own and our 11-months old son loved to move around in the apartment. Due to the size of the flat it was better for us than a hotel. The apartment has everything you need, good air conditioning, which does not drip and the beds are very comfortable. We did not use the kitchen for cooking but like every kitchen in a rented flat you might miss some cooking tools you have at home (although it has the basic tools you need, including some good knives). The pool was great for the very hot early afternoons and the gym is well equipped, although it only has fans and is not in a room with air-conditioning. The host is really nice and we spontaneously prolonged the stay for a day. The apartment is in a very nice area and only 5 minutes away from the war remnants museum and 10 minutes from the cathedral and the book street. We would come here again.

Positive: I really recommend this accomodation. The hosts were so helpful with extra towels etc. The apartment is the best one we have stayed in vietnam. The roof pool is unbeatable with the views that come with it. Location is perfect. We couldnt fault it at all
