This detached modern villa has been immaculately renovated and is on 2 levels, situated in the heart of the new town of Puerto del Carmen and only minutes from the beach. Perfect for both families and couples the villa consists of 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, enter through the large patio doors to find a bright and spacious open plan living room and kitchen. The lounge has a large comfortable leather sofa and chair, air conditioning a flat screen TV with Internet TV, there is a large choice of UK channels, films and sport available to view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast bar. The ground floor has a double bedroom with a King sized bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and a family bathroom with a waterfall shower, WC, twin sinks and a hairdryer. Located on the 1st floor is the master bedroom with king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, patio doors leading to a balcony and an en-suite shower room, WC and washbasin. There are a further two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and a separate family bathroom with a waterfall shower, WC, twin washbasins and a hair dryer. The outdoor area has been designed for your comfort and hosts a covered built in BBQ and dining area, perfect for al fresco dining. The 7m x 3m pool is electrically heated during the winter months. Enjoy sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers provided next to the pool or at the far side of the BBQ which has been Astro turfed. There is a covered games area and a ping pong table.

Summary: We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Villa Monty. Our host Gill was very helpful in advance of our arrival and checking in was easy. The villa was a short 10 minute taxi ride from the airport which meant we were settling in within an hour of landing which was fantastic. The villa was very well appointed and the pool and table tennis were enjoyed by all. The location is very near to the restaurants, bars and supermarkets meaning we did n ot need a car and could enjoy walking to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here. The villa had everything you needed and we even received some welcome bottles of wine and treats which was greatly appreciated. It was outstandingly clean and the location was brilliant. The outside areas by the pool were gorgeous. We would love to stop again, thank you!
