We would like to welcome you to beautiful Queen Creek, AZ, the valley's fastest growing community. Experience all sunny Phoenix has to offer while staying in this beautiful brand new 4000 sq ft home, located about about 40 min from Sky Harbor Airport and 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport.
Our home is situated in a beautiful neighborhood of high end single story homes, backing onto a pecan orchard. Enjoy privacy and Southerly exposure for all-day sun. The oversized covered patio and sunken swim-up bar provide ample shade and have a remote-controlled commercial misting system to stay cool even on those hot AZ days.
The home has 4 bedrooms, one of which is a casita complete with full kitchen, bathroom and optional separate entrance. The other three bedrooms each have their own full ensuite bathroom, King size bed and 55" TV.
The well-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream complete with Subzero fridge, Wolfe gas range, dual zone wine cooler and an oversized island with ample seating. There is a separate dining room that accommodates 8.
The open concept living area is perfect for family gatherings and features a pool table and 75" HDTV. Hi-speed wi-fi is available throughout the ,home and yard.
For your convenience and comfort the home has a washer/dryer, multi zone AC, fans in each bedroom, and a monitored alarm system.
The stunning private backyard features a large, covered saltwater pool and spa complete with baja shelf and swim-up bar. Plenty of floaties and pool toys are provided. The pool can be heated at an additional cost during the cooler months.
The sunken bar area contains additional seating as well as a fireplace, fridge and BBQ.
The oversized yard includes two challenging putting greens, a large flagstone fire pit, as well as a grassy yoga area overlooking the tropical landscaping and citrus trees.
