Negative: Gaining access to the key code was the first issue. We never received any communication from Booking.com informing us how to access the home although we contacted them for the information several days prior. Upon arrival, we called again and they told us to contact the owner. Mine you, the owner is currently overseas!! We insisted THEY contact the owner. After 20 minutes of waiting in the heat, they finally provided us with a functional key code! As far as the interior, the downstairs king bed needs a mattress cover as you could feel the springs while sleeping. That’s uncomfortable! The cleanliness of the home was an issue also. There were dead water bugs in the master tub, the interior of the toilet has a ring as if it had not been cleaned, the ceiling fans and vents were filthy. The second night of our stay was very chaotic. The fire alarm sounded at 5:30 am. We all got up immediately to a smokey smell in the home. Somehow the thermostat switched to emergency heat which triggered the alarm (not sure where the smokey smell was coming from). We contacted the management company who promised to send someone out to investigate - no one ever showed!!! Poor management!! Expected more for a Luxury Villa; certainly not as advertised.
Summary: Not the best experience. I would not rent this house in the future.

Positive: The location was very convenient with easy access to restaurants, gas stations, and markets. The house was in a safe beautiful neighborhood. My first impression of the community was a safe atmosphere vibe, exceptionally clean, and quiet.
