This property is luxury living at its finest. It has one of the the best views in Little Rock and is the perfect location for all your needs. It is only 1 1/2 blocks from the convention center, an easy walk to the river market, and is right across the street from the most popular entry to the Arkansas River Trail. This condo is similar to a presidential suite at a hotel that would cost well over a $1,000 a night, but with a better view and more square footage!! The view from the northeast porch is the Arkansas River and is breathtaking! The downtown view is of the Old State House, Stephens Building, and many historical beauties. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, with a new Pottery Barn Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. There are 500 sq ft of porches and 1,750 sq ft of living space. The master bedroom has a direct view of the river. The second bedroom has a beautiful view of downtown. The kitchen has granite tops, dishwasher, and all amenities. Summary: AMAZING Condo right on the river in downtown LR. Pics of unit are spot on and the very large patio offers a great view of the river. Super close to restaurants downtown and easy to hop on the trolley if needed to visit other points of interest. John was very responsive and appreciate the effort he made to make us feel welcome. Would absolutely stay in this unit again if we are ever back in LR.

Summary: Property is exactly as listed. In our many VRBO stays we have never had a property owner who tries this hard to supply you with every bit of information you might need. The balcony overlooking the river is wonderful. The condo is very well equipped. We hope to stay here again in the future.
