Killington Grandview House is a charming contemporary home is perfect for family vacations, reunions, and gatherings. The gorgeous panoramic view of Pico, Killington, and Mendon Mountains can be enjoyed all year round either cuddled next to a fireplace or from an outside deck which wraps this unique 7 bedroom 6.5 bathroom home. Bring your family and friends to spend a weekend, week, or more in this spacious home which can comfortably sleep 20 people. The best feature about this home is the close proximity to world class skiing, golfing, biking, and hiking. It is located just a few minutes away from Killington/Pico, lots of hiking trails, golf courses and the town of Rutland. It's close enough to all the recreations, yet far enough for tranquil relaxation.
This custom built home has three levels. The ground level has three bedrooms, a large recreation room with a 12 foot bar, a refrigerator, a pool table, a sitting area with a TV, a laundry room, and a separate room with a large hot tub.
The gold bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bath. The green bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a private bath. The bunk room has two bunk beds (four twin beds) with a computer deck and half bath.
The main level has an open floor plan, floor to ceiling windows, three bedrooms, and a double fireplace that can be enjoyed from either the living room or dining room. Friends and family can gather around the living room, capturing the breathtaking mountain views through the enormous windows that transcend natural light into every corner of the room. The 24 x 25 ft Cathedral ceiling give the space a comfortable and homey vibe. On top of the marble fireplace there is a brand new 65 inch TV with dish service. The two bedrooms and living room walk out to a large wrap around deck where you and your friends can enjoy the fresh air or an outdoor BBQ. The spacious dining room can sit at least 10 people and can be expanded to fit all. The kitchen has lots of counter and cabinet space packed with all needed necessities as well as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and more. An open breakfast bar looks out to both the dining and living rooms where you can work in the kitchen and mingle with company.
The pink bedroom has a king-sized bed with a futon that can become a twin bed. There is an additional private bathroom. The peach bedroom has a queen sized bed with a private bath. The blue bedroom has a queen sized bed and direct access to the deck. The main level also includes an addition bathroom next to the kitchen.
The top level has a large, suite-like, master bedroom with a sitting area, TV, walk-in closet, and french doors opening to a private balcony overlooking both the happenings of activities in the living room, as well as the outside tranquility of the mountain views. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a trundle bed (2 twins) in a separate sitting area. The master bathroom has a shower, corner Jet Spa bath, double sinks, and a makeup vanity.

Summary: I loved the size and layout of this house. So many rooms and beds with lots of open communal space so we could all sleep comfortably but also all hang out in one room when we wanted to. The drive to Killington to ski everyday was so quick and easy and lots of food options around in both directions!

Summary: My friends and I enjoyed the house immensely. My husband loved the sauna, while my friends enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals for 16 people. Lots of space for a large group. Small issue with the deck furniture but was resolved immediately. Very impressed with Irina and her responsiveness to queries. Recommend very highly.

Summary: Property was great. Had all the necessary items for our stay to be pleasant. The house was well maintained and cleaned. Actually was a lot better in person than what the pictures would make you believe. We are hoping to reserve it next year as well.

Summary: We wanted a short summer "Covid" escape away from the big city. This house was where we based ourselves whilst exploring this beautiful part of Vermont. There were enough rooms with ensuite bathrooms to accommodate our large group. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we need and the main living room was spacious and clean. We appreciate it very much that the common areas had plenty of space for everyone in our varying age groups to enjoy. The view of the mountains from the deck is awesome - we wish we could also be here in the fall! Irina - the owner of the house - was very quick to respond to our messages. We highly recommend her property!

Summary: This house is well kept and very clean. We stayed there with three other families and had plenty of room and privacy! The fact that it has 6.5 bathrooms is a plus! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, or just make a cheeseboard and hang out on that gorgeous deck!! The View! Is beautiful and classic Vermont. I’d highly recommend this home!!
