Plus, you can’t miss that backyard with pool and large pool deck to soak up the Florida sun. When you’re ready for another day of fun at the parks, you’ll be an easy 20-minute drive from Disney World and Universal Studios.
Modern and updated, the fully-equipped kitchen makes prepping meals a snap. It has stainless steel appliances (two dishwashers and two refrigerators!) and a large center island with extra prep space and seating for four. Just off the kitchen, the massive dining room table seats 12 comfortably or you can head outside to dine al fresco at the patio table.
With views of the backyard and the flat-screen TV, the living room’s sectional couch has room for the whole gang. Or, send part of the group upstairs to the loft area, where they can watch their own movie on the projection screen. Out in the garage-turned-game room, kids of all ages can play the day away on the foosball, pool and air hockey tables.
Soothing blues adorn the first bedroom, where you’ll get a refreshing night’s sleep in the king bed. This room is the ideal master suite with an attached full bathroom boasting double sinks and a walk-in shower. Also on the main level, the second bedroom provides a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs, the third bedroom offers a queen bed, while the fourth comes with a king bed. Both have en-suite bathrooms as well. Bedrooms five and six were made for slumber parties, with two full beds in one, and two twin beds in the other.
Just down the hall, pretty neutrals decorate the seventh bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom eight features relaxing blues and whites, as well as a full and twin bed, while bedroom nine offers a king bed with the same color scheme.
Solterra Resort features a breathtaking resort style pool and amenities center with easy access to Interstate 4. There are 2 Publix supermarket shopping centers within a 5 minute drive and plenty of dining options. It is about a 25 - 30 minute drive to Universal Studios and SeaWorld and less than 20 minutes to Walt Disney World.
Optional pool heat is available for $35/day. We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.

Summary: My overall stay was great. The property was just the right size. However, an iron, ironing board, mops, parts of the patio furniture, and brooms shoud be replaced. The house should be repainted and the carpet replaced.or deeply cleaned. Also, included in the advertising the amount to use the grill and the cost to use the community club house.

Summary: We had a total of 22 people coming in and out for our two night stay. Some stayed one night, some stayed two nights. The property was perfect for such a large group. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what was needed. My only observation is the carpets could use a solid cleaning and some of the back patio furniture is showing its age and could use replacement as the webbing is coming undone. We also were unaware that there was an additional charge for the resort ammenities. Nothing crazy as it was just a one-time charge of $37 for the stay for the whole group but just a bit surprised at check-in

Summary: Everything that was described in the listing was accurate and check in and check out was smooth. We will definitely be back for our annual family get together, we had so much fun. The home had plenty of room and the water park in the resort was beautiful. You really don’t have to go outside the resort to have a good time. And the adjourned pool to the home was a plus.
