The Arc Bondi Beach has modern interiors, contemporary furnishings and a timeless design. All four bedrooms are positioned on the upper level, the master with an ensuite, with internal access to a double lock-up garage plus additional driveway parking for guests.
The oven, cooktop, dishwasher are all Miele. The deep window seat within the kitchen allows for engagement with the outside or for privacy when the electronic blinds are lowered.
