Luxury Villa Ana is located in Privlaka near Zadar, only 4 km from the historic town of Nin and 18 km from Zadar, and offers you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation in a top location.
Villa Ana has three bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
The interior is carefully decorated, in a modern style, and is divided on the ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, dining room with direct access to the terrace with lounge chairs, and living room, which contains a sitting area where guests can enjoy watching one of the many TV programs, or listening to your favorite music from hi fi device and an interior modern fireplace.
On the first floor are all three bedrooms, work corner and bathroom in the corridor.
In all rooms there is a double bed, one of the rooms also has a master bedroom with a private bathroom. Beds are boxspring, exceptionally comfortable, and guarantee guests a quiet sleep. Each room has its own lcd TV.
From the two bedrooms there is an exit to the balcony with a table and chairs, with a view of the greenery.
Villa has a private wellness spa oasis, an area of 30 m2, located on the mezzanine. SPA oasis is equipped with whirlpool massage tub, infrared sauna, shower, relaxation lounges with views of the sea and Velebit mountain. Such a beautiful view of paradise is for the eyes, mind and body to rest!
In Spa oasis the extra atmosphere provides a ceiling made as a starry sky.
On the terrace in front of the lounge corner, there is a pool area of ​​6 x 4.5 m heated pool, with anatomical deck chairs and an outdoor shower.
On the grill terrace there is a table with chairs and a lounge sofa, located outside the barbecue. The terrace is hidden from the view, with a view of the sea in the distance and the greenery.
The yard is completely fenced, enriched with Mediterranean vegetation and healing herbs.
The access to the villa is secured by a well-arranged access road, with direct access to the parking and the garage. There is a direct entrance to the interior of the villa from the garage.
In the house there is a laundry and ironing facilities, with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The entire house is equipped with underfloor cooling and heating, and each room has a heat and cooling regulator.
Lighting is designed by designer, inside and outside the entire villa.

Summary: The villa was immaculate and the wellness room a real treat with stunning views. We were an easy walk to the coast and if you’re feeling energetic you can walk to Nin. The scenery is stunning. Very friendly people. It was good to stay somewhere where there were lots of locals. Will definitely be going back.

Summary: What an amazing Villa this is. Spacious, modern, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. Ana is a great host with good communication and guidance. The area is outstanding. It was our first stay in this part of Croatia but will definitely not be our last. Nin, Vir and Pag are beautiful. The beaches are very clean with great facilities. Zadar is a lovely city especially the old town and is 25 minutes away by car. Many thanks Ana.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. Ana was in contact with us from the morning of our arrival, we were greeted by Ana and Zdenko with smiley faces and were given a tour of the house. They had provided us with some generous welcome gifts, like fresh almonds fruit, and toiletries, which made us feel at home straight away. We were delighted to find the beds were super comfortable, and bathrooms were luxurious. Ana and Zdenko was prompt with their replies with any questions raised during our stay. The wellness spa area was a favourite of ours, and the views out to the mountains were amazing, we spent a lot of time there watching the beautiful sunsets. The location was great for exploring some of the lovely beaches, in the area, and not to far from great bakeries and delicious takeaways. We hope one day to come back again. Thankyou to Ana and Zdenko for making us feel most welcome 💕

Summary: Modern and well equipped property. Great experience from booking through to check out. Nin only 10 min drive away, beautiful old walled city located on an island, good choice of quality restaurants. Ana and Zdenko were very prompt in their communications and were very helpful. Enjoyed the pool and wellness suite.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful home! Very beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a family stay. My family and I stayed there for 2 weeks and we were a total of 4 adults and 3 children. The pool is awesome! Very private location and house is close to everything. Nobody bothers you and you can just relax. The owners were fantastic people!
