Thekla Court provide three separate Luxury self-catering apartments for holiday rental, situated in the outskirts of unspoiled Polis. The spacious apartments are designed for enjoyable living with private pool, great views to the sea and the mountains and parking space.
With Sunny ground terrace and balconies and a secluded roof terrace (ideal for sun bathing, for a relaxing drink and for taking in the spectacular view) it is ideal for sun lovers, all fully equipped with sun beds, tables and chairs.
Thekla Court consists of a 2 bedroom apartment and 2 separate studios, all with own facilities and own access to balconies or terrace; and with shared access to the pool (with separate shower and toilet ), the surrounding terrace and the roof terrace.
These apartments are therefore not only ideal for individual couples, friends or families holidaying independently but also ideal for e.g. couples, friends or extended families that want to share exclusive holiday time together (e.g. around the pool, on the terrace etc.) while at the same time enjoying private space in their own apartment. The whole complex can easily accommodate (Studio 001 - 2, Studio 102 - 2, Two Bedroom apartment - 6) a group of 10 adults and all apartments can be booked together as well as separately.
This Studio (Studio 102) is on the first floor, is light and very spacious with excellent views. It contains a double bed, a 2 seater sofa bed, coffee table, dining suite, a full entertainment system including Satellite TV (NileSat).
The kitchen area is very well equipped with fridge, fitted oven, hob and hood and washing machine. Patio doors lead to the Sunny terrace and the pool.
There is a separate shower room with wc and a heated towel rail. A wash basin with cupboard is next to the shower room and opposite are fitted wardrobes.
The studio is fitted to a very high standard and include fly screens, air conditioning and central heating.
If internet access is required at additional charge, Euro 13.00/week, Euro 38.00/month, please request it when booking.
Access to internet is also available in several places in Polis, just 5-10 min walk from the apartments.
It is 20min walk to the nearest beach, Chrysochou Bay and 8min stroll to the town centre with all its amenities: restaurants, banks, supermarkets etc.

Polis provides a pleasant, friendly environment for a relaxing or romantic holiday & an ideal base for activities, e.g. cycling, biking, hiking, snorkeling, scuba-diving etc. Exploring the spectacular Akamas nature reserve is a must, so is a visit to Latchi with its fishing port, beach, harbour-side restaurants, sea-sport facilities & boating excursions. Both are a short car/ cycle ride away. Natural Healing Spa, Paphos & Trodos Mountains - easy access by car.
For Golf enthusiasts: Paphos offers several excellent golf courses, The Secret Valley Golf Club (6120 meters and 18 holes plays to par 72 ) is 18 km east of Paphos, the most recently opened is the luxurious Aphrodite Hills (6299 meters and plays to par 70).
Tsada Golf Course (6060 meters and 18 holes, plays to par 72) is the nearest, it is just 25 minutes away from Polis. As it is on an elevated position 550 meters above sea level it benefits from cool breezes during the summer months.
There is a Natural Healing Spa resort in nearby Miliou (Ayii Anargyri Natural Healing Spa Resort). It is a short car drive away, situated next to Miliou's healing springs.

Summary: We had a flight to Larnaca and traveled by bus to Polis. It was a long ride but very worth it! Polis is a very nice village close to the sea. Thekla Court is perfectly located on a quiet place, but close to the bus station. From here you can catch a lot of busses. We also rented a car for 3 days to see more from the island. The pool is very nice to have at the appartment. The contact with the owners is very good. Always a response within a few hours. We think this part of the island is the best to be located. Not too touristic, but easy to travel to other parts. Thank you!

Summary: We stayed in the upper studio apartment for 10 days. The studio was very well thought out with really good details like mosquito nets on the windows and home appliances. We particularly loved the roof terrace for private sunbathing and evening meals when we were not eating out. Even in the heat we found that a short blast of air-condition was enough to cool the room and during the night the breeze from the windows allowed us to sleep without fear of stiff necks/backs from air con. or fans. The pool was clean and regularly maintained and the CP service company were friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to any queries or minor issues that we had. The owners were extremely helpful and prompt in their communication from booking to throughout the stay giving us excellent tips and information on Cyprus, activities etc. Having subsequently spent a week in other areas of the island I would say that for a more authentic experience Polis is an excellent choice. The town has character and charm and is a lovely place to take an evening stroll. The nearby beaches of Latchi, Pomos and Baths of Aphrodite are uncrowded and the sea is perfect for swimming. The location is also ideal for a trip to the Kykkos monastery, the Troodos mountains, local villages or the water-sports and boat trips from Latchi. The apartment block also has a 2 bedroom apartment and another studio so it could be an excellent place to say for a few couples/groups of friends who want to holiday together but also have some privacy and independence. Thank you so much to Synnove and Chris for all your help in making this an unforgettable holiday - we would not hesitate in recommending your apartments to our friends and we hope to book again soon! - The Gavriels :)

Summary: Thekla Court is a very good place to stay. Our 2 bed appartment with its own balcony and a very nice view to the mountains and to the sea we enjoyed very much. The appartment was very clean, well equipped and all windows had gnats protections. Polis with its nice bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in 10 Minutes, also the next supermarket. We also loved the harbour of Lachi with a lot of good restaurants and shops, reached on foot in 30 Minutes following the convenient way along the beach. We really had a great time and will come back soon, staying at Thekla Court again of course.
