Summary: Annie was so kind and provided some wonderful local produce and incredibly useful parking permits on arrival, thank you so much Annie, we are grateful for your thoughtfulness. When we walked into the flat, we were amazed! Such beautiful decor and highly designed, everything has been well thought out and such wonderful colour schemes. Two incredible bathtubs awaited us in the apartment, a lovely four poster bed and a huge king size bed in the master bedroom. There's a lovely terrace to sit out on should you need some outside space. The area of Meads is so leafy, quaint and peaceful, very quiet, especially in the flat. There's ample amenities along the little street with a Tesco's, Co-op and, from first appearances, a superb Chinese restaurant. Meads is very closely situated to the wonderful view from above the Holywell Cafe of the White Cliffs at Eastbourne, and not far from the highly recommended Beachy Head Pub, perched on top of the cliffs, amongst a very scenic walk across Beachy Head into Eastbourne. There is so much to do in Eastbourne and so many lovely places to eat good food, we were so happy and we'd like to book to come again. A Big Thank You to Annie.

Summary: Wonderful apartment in the beautiful meads area of Eastbourne. The apartment had everything we needed and was very quiet. Annie had thought of everything (her welcome pack was amazing - thank you) and was easy to communicate with. We will hopefully be back.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful and spacious apartment, amazing welcome goodies and pretty much everything you want/need is there for you. Shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Parking permits were provided and we didn’t have any problems finding parking spaces during our stay. The beach is a 5-10 minutes walk, the centre of Eastbourne is around half an hour away, but the buses run every 15 minutes or so. The foot of Beachy Head is a 5 minute walk from the apartment, some of the climb is pretty steep, but the views are well worth it and there is a lovely pub once you get there to stop for a drink or two before walking back down again.

Summary: A wonderful place. Beautifully renovated and fitted out, filled with thoughtful touches, situated in a picturesque and quiet part of Eastbourne - this was absolutely perfect. The reality is better than the photos. Communications with Annie were excellent, as was the ‘reception pack’ on arrival. With two beautiful bathrooms. First impression of the property, from my wife: “Oh my God - it’s so beautiful!” And more: “Well-equipped, great location.” Reviews from our children: “10 out of 10 comfy.” “Great bathrooms.” We’d love to return.
