Positive: Room was great. The room had an impressive view and outside patio.
Negative: Host sent out a link to a "Guidebook" which i ignored. Then i find out after arrival that a guidebook is the security deposit. Whish i had know. While the room was great only one of 3 elevators was working. Luckily the 42 floors were not full and we did not have to wait too long.
Summary: Overall it was still a positive experience.

Positive: Great central location with on-site free parking. Clean, tidy place with full kitchen and washing machine.
Negative: Check in process is arduous. There is a link that takes you away from booking.com and asks lots of personal info. They quickly take $500 hold on your credit card, but are slow to release it back. They offer Netflix because there is no TV signal. This required resetting multiple times which was frustrating. All communication was through the messenger on booking.com app as there are no staff on-site. There are only sunshade type blinds throughout the apartment which makes sleeping difficult as you can not block out the day.

Negative: Morre than 1 fob would have made things a lot easier for our group to not have to stay together whenever we went out.
