Positive: The apartment is very well appointed and beautifully furnished.
Negative: We anticipated an early arrival so asked 2mths prior about luggage storage. The Property Manager advised that "our concierge" can help. This was factually incorrect. The Buiding had a concierge on duty who was very pleasant but had no formal relationship with or responsibilty to the Apartment Management company and was unable to help. When contacted the Property Manager confirmed that they didnt have a concierge but was very dismissive and made no effort to help. With no temporary storage options we sat with our luggage in the foyer for 5hours until the apartment was made available at 4pm.

Positive: I recently stayed here and overall had a great experienceโ€”the space was clean, well-designed, and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.
Negative: I was quite disappointed with the check-in and check-out process, which felt disorganized and unnecessarily stressful. There was a lack of clear communication leading up to check-in, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the access details. Similarly, check-out instructions were many and last-minute, which left me feeling rushed and unsure of whether Iโ€™d met all expectations. Itโ€™s a shame, because the property itself is lovely and well-located. If the management could streamline and improve the check-in/check-out process, it would make a huge difference. Iโ€™d consider staying again, but only if those logistics were addressed.

Positive: This is a super luxe apartment overlooking the city and very close to the Saddledome (we went for the ice hockey). the aprtment really is flawless and terrific value despite the fact we were only a couple and it could accommodtae six if you used the sofa bed. I see some past visitors moaning about the check in procedures which are a little exhaustive but actually incredibly detailed with pictures that result in very clear instructions and worked perfectly - no room for doubt. Would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat.

Positive: Love the location,building is modern and clean,free parking is a huge bonus given the location and it's heated,indoor and has security measures,been staying here the past several years and never an issue beyond what a quick message to the hosts couldn't fix and mainly issues were resolved within minutes,(access to building on first try) every condo I've stayed in has been clean,well stocked and very comfortable with some having absolutely exceptional views

Negative: We did not have access to the gym (it is for residents only). Also wish the checkin process was a little more straightforward.
