The apartment is situated in South Mumbai, very close to Hanging Gardens, and shopping area. Chowpatty ( Beach) is close by also. You will be living in a very safe area, as the Raj Bhavan is at the entrance to our building and police is stationed there 24/7. The sea view is priceless, and the air is so fresh that I doubt you will need Air Conditioning, but of course it's there if you do. The Sunset view from our apartment is spectacular. ( see the photo's ) You occupy the entire apartment.

Summary: Best part of the experience was Raj, the property manager. He was very accessible and very accommodating. The response time was typically less than five minutes. Magnificent view, very spacious and comfortable bed. You should be aware there is a small hill, so if you get a Uber, make sure they come down to pick you up. Drop offs are no problem. They just typically don’t know how to get down there.

Summary: Stay was awesome! My third trip to this property. There was some repairs being made to the building which created almost a curtained, boarded atmosphere with no light in secondary bedroom. We still had a wonderful time because rest of the unit is so spacious with large living areas. The gentleman Raj, who looks after the home and guests is absolutely outstanding and made every effort to meet all our needs. He has gone completely over and above any level of service one could expect Awesome stay overall. Will choose this home every chance I get when visiting Mumbai

Summary: Tranquil location, almost impossible to find in Mumbai! Spacious, clean with excellent support when needed. The thing to remember, is, that this is not a luxury hotel, but, someone’s actual home, with small deferred maintenance, some small quirks we all face in our home, some strict rules, since it is a family building…but…if you want a safe, tranquil, feeling of home, totally wonderful experience, this is for you!

Summary: It was great staying at the apartment , clean , very secure with cameras in corridors and excellent location. Raj is very courteous and a thorough gentleman . Very knowledgeable and helpful. Neighbors in the apartment building were also very friendly . Overall my family and myself were very pleased with our stay at the apartment. Would definitely stay again in future. Highly recommend the place.

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful experience @ this property. Overlooking the ocean on one side and Governor's Mansion on another - it offered a fantastic vantage point. View of the sunset from the apartment and even more so from the terrace was awesome. The apartment is well and comfortably furnished. The only downside was the kitchen did not have a dishwasher. The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably.
