Positive: Beautiful and very clean apartment. Properly air conditioned. Enough towels and blankets. The check in process was easy. The host was very helpful and gave clear instructions.
Negative: A bit too far from the train station. There is no microwave so it wasn't easy to heat up left over foods we brought home from restaurants

Positive: The host is very responsive. Very spacious apartment with great view. Located in a quite neighborhood with supermarket 4 minutes away. There is private garage but there is also available free parking on the street. Although the traffic noise from the street, the windows provides excellent isolation. Good central AC.
Negative: The description of the apartment is "Luxury" but the overall condition of the amenities doesn't correlates to that description. Broken lamp in the corridor, the balconies were not clean, the water pressure in the shower very weak, when we arrived there was no soap and shampoo in the shower. After we asked the host she provided soap and shampoo within 15 minutes.

Positive: Size, comfort, and view were exceptional. Parking and nearby parks, shops and restaurants also big plus
Negative: There was some wear and tear making the apartment less 'luxurious' but nothing important for me.
